What's your favorite thing about being a realtor? The constant daily chaos and unique challenges that are thrown my way.

How do you go above and beyond for your clients? I envision all my clients — whether property management, real estate or design — as long-term relationships. The job doesn't end after the first transaction, rather it begins.

What is the best advice you offer someone buying/ selling a home?

Know your exit strategy! Because no one has a crystal ball that can predict the future, it's good to have multiple strategies.

What's your proudest career accomplishment? My first reaction would be that my proudest accomplishment is winning the top industry awards year after year; however, establishing my brokerage on my own is definitely my proudest career accomplishment.
