PISCO BAUZÁ DON LORENZO

Our Don Lorenzo Ultra Premium Pisco is born out of the legacy of our father Don Lorenzo Bauzá Álvarez, who led the family distillery for more than 70 years. An expressive Pisco of great character, distilled from wines derived of the most aromatic varieties of pisco: Pink Muscat and Muscat of Alexandria. Our vineyards are located on the Limarí valley, area in Chile with the highest production of Pisco. Here, privileged climate, ground and temperature conditions allow for these grapes to obtain superior flavors and scents, all of which later stand out through intense varietal notes in the Pisco.

Distillation Generational method of double distillation, following the imprint of the Bauzá Family. Distilled in 100% copper stills. Fine selection of alcohols, developed in small hearts of superior quality, from the family’s exclusive stock. Aging 8 years of aging in American oak barrels Tasting Notes Our Don Lorenzo Pisco exhibits a bright and intense amber hue, with a pleasantly intense nose of elegant scents that reminisce honey and dried fruit, tinged with sweet scents such as toffee, orange and banana. On the mouth it is sweet, creamy and delicate, a perfect balance between notes of toast, vanilla and citrus, with orange being the highlight.
