2025 Program Overview: Florida Division
QUALIFICATIONS:
Builders who intend to purchase a minimum quantity of Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove, and BEST units during a one year period can register with Sub-Zero Group Florida (SGFL) as a Select Builder to receive rebates on all Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove, and BEST full-size appliances (see definition of fullsize units below).
REGISTRATION:
To participate in the 2025 Select Builder Program, a prospective builder/developer must meet with a SGFL representative prior to registering for the program to ensure the builder is fully apprised of the program details Builders may register for the program by submitting the registration form and providing SGFL a copy of their W-9 The builder will then receive a registration code to use when placing orders under the program.
START DATES:
Builders can select one of four program start dates:
April 1, 2025, July 1, 2025, October 1, 2025 and January 1, 2026.
Once a program start date has been selected, it cannot be changed All purchases and rebates are based on shipped units during the selected program time period
UNIT REQUIREMENTS:
Once registered, builders will have one (1) year from their selected start date to reach the minimum full-size unit requirement for two rebate levels
Level 1: 25 Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove full-size units (25 total)
Level 2: 35 Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove full-size units (35 total)
Cove: Minimum of 2 Cove Dishwashers (for Level 1) and 3 Cove Dishwashers (for Level 2) need to be purchased in addition to the Level 1 or Level 2 of Sub-Zero, Wolf, or Cove full size units to qualify for rebate.
BEST: Rebate will be offered for all BEST units, but will not count towards Level 1 or Level 2 full-size units.
DEFINITION OF FULL-SIZE UNITS:
– Sub-Zero full-size units include: all Classic, Designer and PRO refrigeration, undercounter refrigeration and wine preservation units.
– Wolf full-size units include: all gas, dual fuel and induction ranges, wall ovens, convection steam ovens, gas, electric and induction cooktops, modules, hoods, barbecue grills, warming drawers and microwaves.
– Cove full-size units include: all Cove dishwashers.
– BEST Hood (excluding accessories and blower) qualify for rebates but do not count as full-size units toward the total unit requirement.
Order/Claim Process and Guidelines
REBATES:
Rebates will be calculated and checks issued after completion of a one year period from the selected program start date. All claims require invoice from the dealer or builder along with serial numbers to validate. Invoices must be submitted to your SGFL representative on a monthly basis. All rebate checks will be delivered in person by a SGFL representative. The builder/developer must be in good credit standing with all respective dealers in order to receive rebate payment.
ORDERING:
Orders must be placed by dealer early enough to ensure delivery prior to the end of the one year period Back orders will not qualify if the order is not shipped complete by the end of this time frame.
If a builder chooses, they may purchase through multiple dealers.
Note:
Only units ordered using the 2025 Select Builder Program will count toward the 2025 Select Builder Program requirements. Units ordered through the Model Home Program, contract builder quotations or any special pricing will not count toward the unit requirements.
Any exceptions to the aforementioned requirements must be approved by Sub-Zero Group Florida prior to product shipment.
The Select Builder Program is valid beginning April 1, 2025. Not to be used in conjunction with any other Sub-Zero Group Inc. or Sub-Zero Group Florida (SGFL) promotion, excluding the Grand Kitchen Event Only available to dealers who actively call on the builder market, fully complete the program registration process, meet the SGFL dealer display requirements, are financially current, and have a valid SGFL Dealer Agreement on file Program purchases are net purchases and are exclusive of all other programs. These Market Influencers can determine the pace and longevity of brands, down to specific models. We strive to earn their trust to promote and specify our brands with their clients and projects.
• • There is great value in earning a product specification. There is great value in continuing to earn lasting product loyalty.
Specifiers and clients have comfort when premium and ultra-premium brands have pricing integrity. Therefore, the criteria, auditing process and shared dealer participation are critical in rewarding the genuine Market Influencers The selection of individuals to be approved for our program must be submitted with the utmost consideration
Market Influencer Rewards Criteria
•Dealers will meet SEA display requirements to qualify.
•Dealers will match SEA’s rewards contribution to qualify.
•This program cannot be combined with special quotes, but standard incentive programs remain included.
•All SEA product is purchased from an assigned and qualifying dealer The Market Influencer can drive the dealer selection process.
•Market Influencer’s will be Builders, Kitchen Designers, Interior Designers, approved Developments or another approved Market Influencer.
•The SEA Territory Manager will submit the required form to SEA Operations Manager and Managing director for the approval of their candidate
•A minimum level of annual objectives will be assigned by SEA TM and MD. The assigned dealer is required to provide SEA TM with information to support the fact that the Market Influencer is meeting those objectives.
•The dealer will request a net 5% off MAP/UMRP from the dealer’s pricing schedule when placing their PO on behalf of the Market Influencer.
•The dealer will manage the total monetary reward for the approved Market Influencer
