Fashion Scenography, Architectural Setup and Luxury Thermal Retreat for Gucci among the ruins of Villa Adriana

In our extraordinary experience at Hadrian’s Villa, we’re blending the magic of fashion with the eternal beauty of the site. As we stroll through the ancient courtyards and pathways, we’re not just showcasing clothes—we’re telling a story that resonates with the very essence of the Villa.

Inspired by the Villa’s rich history, our fashion event becomes a journey through time. Each part of the show is like a chapter in a book, revealing different facets of the fashion house’s past and present. And just like the Villa itself, our show is a blend of old and new, with temporary structures that seamlessly merge with the ancient ruins.

As visitors wander through the exhibit, they’ll feel a deep connection to the Villa and its storied past. It’s not just about looking at clothes; it’s about experiencing the magic of this incredible site in a whole new way. Through fashion, we’re breathing new life into the Villa, celebrating its legacy while paving the way for its future.

Biblioteca Vigentina , Milano

Thematic Studio, 2022/23

The Biblioteca Vigentina project in Milan reimagines a library space, blending modern and traditional architectural elements. It includes a central courtyard with a unique underground exhibition area and a connecting staircase. Referencing irregularly arranged existing columns in the middle courtyard, the design creates a transition space. In the southern courtyard, entrance doors align, and a pergola is introduced for outdoor space, establishing a relationship between new and old through thoughtful design and consideration of the old structure’s axis. The historical church within the Biblioteca Vigentina is reimagined with arches and abstract design, retaining its essential outline while incorporating vertical concrete panels and perforated metal. An entrance volume with a ramp system leads visitors from the church into the underground exhibition space.

Construction and Sustainability Design Studio 2021/22

The student residence project in Milan is designed as a monolithic block with careful cuts creating an entrance for an underpass. It connects to the train station for pedestrians and emphasizes solidity on the ground floor, providing access to public functions. The design places a strong emphasis on sustainability, featuring open spaces, green areas, a green roof, water efficiency measures, energy-saving strategies, and renewable energy sources. Surrounding the residence are nature and public parks, along with a parking area that supports electric cars. Additionally, the project includes sports facilities and an entrance plaza for diverse community uses. The indoor environment prioritizes air quality, thermal comfort, and natural lighting, resulting in a sustainable and comfortable living space for students. The upper floors house private rooms, communal kitchens, and laundry facilities, while the roof floor incorporates green elements, solar panels, and utilities.
