There is a quiet revolution happening among women all over the world.
Women are choosing connection over competition. Collaboration over comparison. Support over silence. And that revolution has a name. Full Blossom.
Full Blossom was never meant to be just a magazine. It was always meant to be something bigger. A space. A voice. A community where women from every background, culture, age, and walk of life can come together to inspire, uplift, and empower one another.
Because the truth is, women are powerful on their own but unstoppable together. This year, our mission is clear. We are building something real. A global sisterhood where women celebrate each other’s wins, share their stories without shame, and remind each other that growth is not a competition it’s a journey we can take together.
Every woman featured in these pages represents strength in a different form. Some are entrepreneurs. Some are creators. Some are mothers, healers, dreamers, leaders, and fighters. Some are simply women who refused to give up when life tried to silence them.

And that is what Full Blossom stands for We stand for women who are still growing Women who are rediscovering their voice
Women who are building businesses, raising families, healing from the past, and stepping boldly into their future
This is more than content
This is a movement of women choosing to support women on purpose
So wherever you are reading this from New York, London, Lagos, Kingston, São Paulo, or anywhere in between know that you are part of something powerful
A community of women blooming together
Welcome to the movement
Welcome to Full Blossom
With love & light, Evron “Moments By Mello” Andrews Editor-in-Chief Full Blossom Magazine

Millions of women suffer from uterine fibroids, a common condition that often causes debilitating symptoms. Unfortunately, many women diagnosed with fibroids choose to live with them because they believe their treatment options are limited. Too often, women are told their best choice is a hysterectomy the complete removal of the uterus which can feel emotionally and physically overwhelming At the age of 35, I reached my lowest point Every month, my menstrual cycle lasted 10 days, with pain and bleeding so severe that I was homebound for at least three of those days I often found myself confined to the bathroom, forced to save sick and personal days just to manage my cycle because I simply could not function during the first few days.
The pain radiated from my back down through my legs. I had no energy. I was constantly exhausted. My abdomen would swell and become hard as a rock. After years of suffering, the toll it took on me mentally became just as heavy as the physical pain I knew I could not continue living like that but the most frightening part was feeling like I had no good solution.
Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE) was presented as an option, and I chose to undergo the procedure For a few months, I experienced relief Then one day, everything changed. I was rushed to the hospital and required five blood transfusions. My fibroids were literally draining the life out of me and triggering organ failure.
At that moment, I had reached my limit. I consulted with my doctor and decided to proceed with a hysterectomy.
To have the surgery I desperately needed, I was required to medically suspend my cycle. The medication failed. In fact, my condition worsened. I found myself caught between a rock and a hard place needing surgery to resolve the problem, but unable to proceed because my cycle was present every single day I was overwhelmed and asking myself the question so many women quietly carry-What do I do now?
After deep reflection, prayer, and honest conversations with my medical team, I made the difficult decision to take the risk fully aware of the fears and theories that I could bleed out on the operating table die It was a chance I was willing to take.
Thanks to an extraordinary team of physicians and my unwavering faith, I made it through.
As women, we must take the time to truly assess our lives, our bodies, and the mental and physical toll fibroids can take on us. Every woman’s journey is different, and each of us deserves the space and support to make the decision that is best for our own health and quality of life.
I chose what was best for me and in doing so, I chose my well-being, my strength, and my future
The best decision I ever made

I Will No Longer Suffer In Silence About My Fibroids... I Will No Longer Suffer In Silence About My Fibroids...

“Since I was 16, my period wasn’t just an inconvenience it was trauma. Fibroids and endometriosis brought cramps so violent I couldn’t eat, drink, or even stand without feeling like I might pass out, and too many ER visits where the answer was always just ‘manage it.’
Now at 40, childless and finally experiencing normal cycles, I realize how long I lived in survival mode inside my own body. My story isn’t rare it’s just rarely spoken about And if sharing it helps even one woman feel seen, believed, or less alone, then every chapter of my journey has purpose” -Shay Rozay

After years of suffering from severe Adenomyosis, I ultimately underwent a partial hysterectomy to reclaim my quality of life My menstrual cycles were extreme lasting anywhere from two weeks to three months and at their worst, I relied on multiple adult diapers daily just to manage the heavy bleeding. Since the surgery, I’ve felt an overwhelming sense of relief and gratitude to be free from the constant pain, stress, and disruption that once defined my monthly life. Although the procedure brought on early perimenopause, it has been a small tradeoff for the comfort, stability, and peace I’ve gained. -Tarisha T

For many women, the hardest battles are not with other people—they are within ourselves. The quiet voice in our minds can become our toughest critic, telling us we’re not ready, not talented enough, or not worthy of the life we dream about. Over time, we start believing those thoughts and slowly talk ourselves out of opportunities, happiness, and even our own potential. Many of us learned to doubt ourselves through past disappointments, criticism, or fear of failure. What started as protection can slowly turn into self-sabotage. We begin shrinking in rooms where we deserve to stand tall, holding ourselves back before the world even gets the chance.
But the truth is, the same mind that creates doubt can also create courage. Winning the battle of Me vs Me begins with recognizing that your inner voice does not have to control your future. Tips to break the cycle:
• Challenge negative thoughts. Ask yourself if your fears are facts or just old beliefs.
• Practice kinder self-talk. Speak to yourself the way you would encourage someone you love.
• Take small steps toward your dreams. Confidence grows through action, not waiting.
• Forgive the version of yourself who doubted you. She was trying to survive. Growth begins the moment you stop fighting against yourself and start believing in the woman you are becoming.

I am a daughter of Ecuador, a land where the sun kisses the Andes, the Amazon breathes life into the earth, and the ocean sings along our beautiful coast When people think of my country, I hope they see what I see—the colors of our markets, the warmth of our people, the strength of our mothers, and the dreams of young girls like me who believe in a better tomorrow
But behind that beauty, many of my people are suffering. The violence of cartels has cast a shadow over neighborhoods that once felt safe. Families live in fear, and too many young people feel trapped between danger and survival. I pray every day for my country that peace returns to our streets and that our children grow up with hope instead of fear.
And for those of us who leave, searching for opportunity and safety, the journey is not always kind. Many of our brothers and sisters face hardship and harsh treatment, including deportation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in America. Behind every deportation is a human story—a mother, a student, a worker, a dream. So I pray for my people everywhere: in Ecuador, in America, and across the world. I pray that compassion wins over cruelty, that safety replaces fear, and that one day our homeland will be known not for violence or struggle but for the incredible beauty, resilience, and spirit of the Ecuadorian people
