An inspiring book for global galactics

To Sparky,

Though I never had the chance to meet you, I now get to play in the creative sandbox you inspired.

What a super dog you must have been…

What is a Global Galactic?

Being a Global Galactic means embracing your unique talents to make the world a better place.

A Global Galactic is a curious explorer, kind friend, environment protector, creative problem solver, confident leader, and global citizen.

Global Galactics love to learn, treat everyone with respect, care for nature, think outside the box, believe in themselves, and celebrate diversity.

They dream big and work hard to bring those dreams to life, making the universe a more loving, exciting, and beautiful place for everyone.

Hey there, Global Galactic!

My name is Sparky.

I travel all around the galaxy, making new friends and having the most galac-tastic adventures.

The galaxy is so big — and the universe is even bigger. It’s made of lots and lots of galaxies! It goes on and on, farther than anyone can see. This can make you feel really small and not very important.

But I’ve learned an amazing secret…

The universe is growing in every direction, all around you, all the time. Wow!

If it’s growing in all directions all around you, that means you — yes, YOU — are at the center of the universe.

The universe is expanding around even the smallest bug.

This means that even the teeniest-tiniest ant in all the world is at the center of the universe.

Though it may seem small, it is special and important in its own way.

In Iceland, there is a colorful bird called the puffin.

The puffin, with its bright beak and black and white feathers, lives on the rocky cliffs by the sea.

This puffin is at the center of the universe too.
It’s special and important, just like the teeniest-tiniest ant in all the world.

In Saudi Arabia, an Arabian red fox roams the desert sands. With its fluffy tail and keen eyes, the fox is well adapted to the harsh, dry land.

This fox is at the center of the universe.

It's special and important, just like the puffin and just like the teeniest-tiniest ant in all the world.

In the lush jungles of India, a magnificent tiger prowls. With its striking orange and black stripes, the tiger is a symbol of strength and beauty. This tiger is at the center of the universe too.

It's special and important, just like the fox, just like the puffin, and just like the teeniest-tiniest ant in all the world.

In the ocean and under the waves, a massive whale shark swims all day long.

The whale shark is at the center of the universe.

It's special and important, just like the tiger, just like the fox, just like the puffin, and just like the teeniest-tiniest ant in all the world.

The oceans themselves are special and important, just like the animals that live in them.

Even our oceans are at the center of the universe.

They’re special and important, just like the whale shark, just like the tiger, just like the fox, just like the puffin, and just like the teeniest-tiniest ant in all the world.

If all these creatures are at the center of the universe, then Earth must be too!

Earth is our home, filled with amazing animals and beautiful places.

It's special and important, just like the oceans, just like the whale shark, just like the tiger, just like the fox, just like the puffin and just like the teeniest-tiniest ant in all the world.

Because Earth is special, it’s up to us to protect its forests, oceans, and all living creatures.

When we respect the rainforests, keep our environment clean, and protect animals, we are showing our planet just how special it really is.

Just like the Earth, the Sun shines brightly in the sky. It gives light and warmth to our planet. This gigantic star is at the center of the universe too!.

It's special and important, just like the Earth, just like the oceans, just like the whale shark, just like the tiger, just like the fox, just like the puffin and just like the teeniest-tiniest ant in the world.

The Sun is part of a bigger galaxy, where stars and planets stretch far and wide.

Our galaxy is at the center of the universe too, with its many wonders and mysteries.

It's special and important, just like the Sun, just like the Earth, just like the oceans, just like the whale shark, just like the tiger, just like the fox, just like the puffin and just like the teeniest-tiniest ant in all the world.

Exploring the galaxy fills us with wonder and curiosity.

And shows us that everything is connected and important: the galaxy, the Sun, the Earth, the oceans, the whale shark, the tiger, the fox, the puffin, and even the teeniest-tiniest ant in all the world.

And don’t forget that YOU are at the center of the universe.!

You’re special and important, just like the galaxy, just like the Sun, just like the Earth, just like the oceans, just like the whale shark, just like the tiger, just like the fox, just like the puffin, and just like the teeniest-tiniest ant in all the world.

When you know that you’re special, you can become a leadera real Global Galactic!

You’re ready to protect the Earth, explore the cosmos, and inspire others to do the same.

We’re all the center of the universe, and our actions make a big difference.

So, let's protect our Earth, reach for the stars and become a global galactic leader.

When you do, you’ll also become a little spark at the center of the universe.

Think Like a Global Galactic

1. The book encourages you to be a leader and protect the Earth. What are some ways you can be a Global Galactic Guardian at home, at school, or in your community?

2. Sparky travels around the galaxy and learns new things. If you could explore one place in the universe, where would you go and why? What would you want to discover?

3. How does knowing that even the tiniest ant is at the center of the universe change how you think about small things in nature? Can you think of other small things that are important too?

4. The book says that everything in the galaxy is connected and important, including you. How can you show that you care for our planet and all its creatures in your daily life?

5. The book ends by saying our actions make a big difference. Can you share a story about a time when you did something small that made a big difference for someone else or for the environment?
