Summer Skin Care Routine What are the two most deadly things for skin that you can not escape damaging especially in summers?? Is it the stubborn sweat and oily skin that irritates you more? And the answer is undoubtedly yes. Along with an oily skin, your summer skin can also suffer from dryness and dullness.The summer heat produces excess oil from the skin, sweat only makes it worse and even more uncomfortable, resulting in acne. To avoid such skin issues, you should foam-wash your face twice a day, i.e. morning, after you wake up and at night, before going off to sleep. This will help your skin breath and will keep it moisturized and balanced.

Sun rays can harm your skin to a considerable extent and also cause long-term damage to both men and women's skin . This is why it becomes extremely necessary to exfoliate your skin with a face scrub or natural home remedy, like coffee grounds mixed with oil and sea salt. Not only will it remove all dry and dead cells from your pores, it will rejuvenate your skin and keep it healthier. However, make sure you do not over-exfoliate your skin, as it may lead to bruises and rashes. Once or twice a week will do the magic.
