How to Order a Silver, Gold, or Sapphire List ing Package?
You have two convenient options to order your Listing Package: Opt ion 1: Via t he Market ing Store (Design Fee Applies)
You may place an order for the Silver, Gold, or Sapphire Package through the Marketing Store Once submitted:
- A designer will begin working on your project and upload it to your MAXA account for review.
- After you approve the designs, the Marketing Team will schedule your eBlast.
- You?ll also be able to check out and order your print and mailing materials directly through MAXA.

If you prefer to manage the design yourself, you can access the Silver, Gold, or Sapphire Package templates directly on MAXA.Once completed:
- Share your eBlast project with the Marketing Team to schedule distribution.
- Please note:A scheduling fee may apply for listings under $1million.
Can I order Signs on MAXA?
Yes, you can order various signage options directly through MAXA, including "For Sale" signs, open house signs, and customizable signage with your logo
Can I order Printed Market ing Materials?
Yes, you can order postcards, flyers, and brochures in different templates through MAXA Work on the template you like, then send it to print with various printing options
How do I order Business Cards on MAXA?
Business cards can be ordered directly through MAXA Choose your preferred design, fill in the necessary information, and place your order
How do I create and customize Social Asset s?
Social assets can be created using MAXA?s social media templates Easily customize these assets by adding your logo, images, and text before downloading or sharing them on your social media platforms
How do I upload a PDF direct ly to print wit h MAXA?
This option is currently unavailable However, it will be introduced during the Phase 2 launch, expected in Q4

Can I download my PDF from MAXA?
You can download your PDF by going to your project and selecting the "Download" button.Multiple download options will be available.
Can I upload my mailing list to MAXA?
Yes, MAXA supports uploading mailing lists.You can upload a CSV file containing your contacts to facilitate easy direct mail campaigns and other marketing efforts.

Yes, you can share your listing ad with Realforce, and the ad will be scheduled for you. Payments will be processed through MAXA without needing to access any other site.

Yes, you can access marketing stats as MAXA is integrated with MLS.Select the area and month, and the information will auto-populate for you on the project you need (HTML, Postcard, Flyer or Social Media Assets
