In Consumers, “Seller-Advisors,” and the Psychology of Trust, 59 B.C. Law Review 931 (2018, with Justin Sevier), Professors Kelli Alces Williams and Justin Sevier explore how consumer trust in seller-advisors arises and how it can be manipulated.
