Representing FSU The biggest highlight of the 2022 Spring Semester was Collegiate Weekend! Baptist Collegiate Ministries all over the state of Florida came together to worship and learn more about Jesus. Speaker Cam Triggs from Grace Alive in Orlando, Florida, shared the Word and Ascension Worship Band lead the students each day in worship. Pastor Triggs not only spoke about the power of prayer but why Christians should devote time to speaking with our Father.

As the picture above shows, the Florida State University BCM was the largest collegiate ministry at the event! Students of all ages, freshmen to seniors, had the opportunity to attend breakout groups and learn about different baptist organizations such as the International Missions Board and seminaries. The FSU BCM is so grateful for this life-changing experience! Thank you to First Baptist Daytona Beach for hosting.

pie auction The 2022 BCM Pie Auction raised a

total of $3,015 for the Missions Fund!

This year's Pie Auction was the best yet!

The BCM students were deeply determined to reach their fundraising goal of $1,500 for the chance to fund missions (and to pie their friends in the face). Not only did they reach their goal, but they doubled it! The BCM is grateful to everyone that donated and made the 2022 Pie Auction possible. Our Missions Fund supports BCM students as they embark on different mission trips, both domestic and international, to spread the gospel. Thank you to all our donors!

Decades Night On February 22 the BCM Midweek Service looked a little different than normal. Students dressed up in costumes from all decades.

There were hippies, Star Wars nerds, greasers, and a...frontier woman? And a shepherd from Old Testament times? Either way, the BCM students went all out! Decades Night is such a fun event that many students look forward to.

Sharing the gospel In the beginning of March, the Great Exchange visited the Florida State campus. The Great Exchange is a gospel-centered ministry that teaches students how to share about Jesus on their college campuses. Many of our students shared the gospel using different surveys. We had over 120 gospel conversations and many positive responses.
