During conversations with clients, I usually note that people will start beating themselves up about certain foods that they choose, this is because they perceive these particular foods to be “bad”, or rather they take on a view typically perpetuated by health professionals, fitness professionals and the media that certain foods are “bad” and certain foods are “good”.
