National Paediatric Hospital, Dublin (125,000 sqm / £430m / Completion Date 2019) New Children’s Hospital is the largest, most complex and significant capital investment project ever undertaken in healthcare in Ireland - it features 384 in-patient beds including 62 critical care beds, all in single en-suite rooms. My tasks and responsibilities were: - Provide RDS’s, SoA, and SoE using Codebook(Room data collector); - Presenting proposals of room redesign/resizing upon meetings with clients; - Re-issuing updated 1:200 Plans and Sections; - Prepare feasibility/discrepancies reports about equipment schedules in Revit; - Produce SoA and SoEs specifically using Revit and Codebook(Room Data Collector); - Produce mock-up drawings at 1:20;

Royal Sussex County Hospital Teaching, Trauma and Tertiary Care Centre, Brighton (65,000 sqm / £420m / Completion Date 2019-2024) This is a 65,000 sqm project for 361 beds, 75% of which are in single en-suite rooms, a helipad for an air ambulance and 350 additional parking spaces. The main hospital buildings are currently amongst the oldest in the NHS. LEEZA SOHO DESIGN COMPETITION, 200M-RISE TOWER, BEIJING (client: SOHO China) Here I collaborated with a Japanese team involved in a competition to create A-Class rated offices in a 200 metre-rise tower in the new financial district of Beijing, adjacent to a subway interchange station. We developed two design options and I assisted in the Concept/Schematic Design, using Rhino and producing architectural models.
