Submission Deadline The BASIX certificate, after it has been received, must be submitted along with the documentation needed when trying to get the Development Application from the council. From the date provided on the certificate, normally 3 months of time is provided for making the submission to the council. In case an applicant fails to adhere to the deadline, he or she will have to get another certificate re-issued.
