CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR MEMBERSHIP AT NCR COUNTRY CLUB! We are excited to welcome you and get you acclimated to the club as quickly as possible. Inside this book you will find general information about the main departments (Golf, Dining, Fitness, Pool, Kids Klubhouse and Accounting) as well as some Frequently Asked Questions. If you have more detailed questions, the picture and contact information for each department manager can be found within your handbook. You are always welcome to reach out to Jeff Grant, General Manager/COO, or Kerry Wilson, Director of Marketing and Membership. They can help with all questions. In the future, Kerry can also help with any changes to your membership such as adding a family member or upgrading your membership. Feel free to call or email, or stop by Kerry’s office located just inside the main clubhouse. We look forward to serving you and your family for many years to come, and again, welcome! GOLF

With two renowned courses by famed architect Dick Wilson, we have something for all experience levels. Boasting a short game practice area, multiple putting greens, and convenient tee times, NCR Country Club is golfer friendly.

Making a tee time is easy and convenient through our App, over the website, or by calling the Golf Shop at (937) 643-6940. You may also reserve a lesson time through our App, over the website or through Anthony Eliff at (937) 643-6942 or antony.eliff@ncrcountryclub.com.

HOW DO I FIND OUT COURSE CONDITIONS? → Call the automated number which gets updated every day and hour as course conditions change depending on weather (937) 643-6930. → Check the App, under Golf Info.

PRACTICE FACILITIES (weather permitting) → Open from 8am to 8pm. → Golf members are allowed to use the facilities at any time. Social members and guests may do so when they play a round and pay the greens fees or pay $20 for a day pass.

→ “Upper Practice Facility” – located at the end of the parking lot, practice balls are provided.

→ Short Game Practice Facility – shag bags with practice balls are available at this free form six and a half acre amenity.

LEAGUES → Senior Men’s League – Tuesday mornings. → 9 Hole Ladies Non-Traditional – Tuesday evenings. → 9 Hole Ladies League – Wednesday morning. → Men’s League – Wednesday evenings. → 18 Hole Ladies League – Thursday morning.

JUNIOR GOLF A little something for everyone. Sign up through the Golf Shop. Specifics on dates, times and costs can be found in our Junior Activities Guide.

→ Saturday Morning Clinics – ages 7 to 10. → Summer Golf School – ages 7 to 9 and ages 10 to 13.

→ Two putting greens – Putting green by the Golf Shop is bent grass, as the South greens are bent grass. Putting green by the North is the mix of poa and bent, as the North greens are mixed.

HOLE IN ONE INSURANCE Available for $5 per member, this insurance is optional and will be billed as needed. This gives members $250 of credit at the Legends Bar to be used on that day. Contact the accounting office to sign up.

LIGHTNING → When a solid tone signal is sounded, it is mandatory that golfers discontinue play and seek shelter

Golf Amenities Locker, bag storage and handling, handicap and practice facilities are included with membership for Golf members.

How do I get a locker? For new members, a tag is ordered at time of application. Contact our locker room attendant or the Golf Shop to either be assigned or pick out your specific locker at (937) 643-6906.

How do I get a handicap? The Golf Shop will either start you a new one, or look up your GHIN number to transfer.

Dress code Which also applies to the practice facilities, does not allow tank tops, tee-shirts, halter tops, blue jeans, sweat pants, tennis or gym shorts, shorts with less than an 18inch outseam and cut-offs.

GUEST GREENS FEES

(all fees are subject to change) → North Weekday $58 Weekend $68. → South Weekday $75 Weekend $85. → Cart fees $19 for 18 holes, $12 for 9 holes No trail fee for walkers or pull/push carts. Must be 16 and have a drivers license to drive a cart.

HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE AS A SOCIAL MEMBER? → Six rounds of golf are allowed per year, with the payment of the applicable greens fee. Practice facilities can be utilized at this time without additional fees. → Unlimited practice facility usage with the $20 daily pass. → Golf lessons for adults and children. → Golf social events, when specified.

ENJOY DINING AT ANY OF OUR SIX DISTINCT DINING DESTINATIONS. → Legends Bar – located in the heart of the clubhouse. Casual dining for members and guests 18 years and older. → 37th Hole Lounge – casual dining off to the right of the bar. Great for families and situated around a fireplace.

Valet service Is available on Friday and Saturday evenings, and during special events when specified.

DO I NEED RESERVATIONS? Advanced notice of your reservation is appreciated to ensure member service and a table waiting for you.

→ Special club events have a tendency to fill quickly, so reservations are essential.

→ Medallions – bistro style dining at its best. Medallions is open on Friday and Saturday nights only, with a menu that changes weekly based on fresh, local ingredients.

→ Accepted for 37th Hole and Medallions. All other areas are on a first come basis.

What is the dress code? → On Course Refreshments – casual al fresco dining between 10 South and 1 North offers gourmet hot dogs, craft beers and breakfast sandwiches among an array of snacks. Inside and outside seating options.

Curbside and Carryout Service → Call Legends Bar, (937) 643-6963 to place your order from any of the menus available which you can find on our website, or on the app. We will give you an estimated pick up time.

→ For your convenience, if you call when you arrive at the front of the clubhouse, we will bring your order to your Vehicle.

While standards may vary in different areas depending on the purpose and usage of that area, it is expected that all persons will choose to dress in a fashion befitting our club and in a manner reflecting their respect for other members. Appropriate blue jeans are allowed at the club except for the golf facilities, which includes the practice areas. If you are in doubt about appropriate attire, contact the Club.

fitness With convenient hours, our fitness center is clean and convenient. State-of-the-art equipment offers a variety of strength and cardio workouts. The Professional staff, is available to answer questions, arrange a class or a complimentary training and orientation.

Swim Social Events like our Firecracker Pool Party, Stars and Stripes Splash, Glow-Swim, Teen Nights and Dive-In Movies will appear in the newsletter, email blasts, on the website, our newsletter and in our App.

Am I allowed to bring guests? Members are encouraged to bring friends with them to the pool. There is a $7 daily guest fee. Credit cards are accepted at Oasis, the pool café, for members’ convenience.

How do I sign up for the swim team?

Enjoy the Olympic sized heated pool or gated zero depth entry baby area with fountain. Equipped with plenty of tables, chairs and umbrellas, there is always room for you and your family to lounge by the pool or grab a bite to eat at the café or pool bar. No towels needed!

Kids Klubhouse A separate campus away from the Main Clubhouse sits the Kids Klubhouse, surrounded by woods, a giant playground and a GaGa pit. A house just for the kids, including an activity room, functioning kitchen, movies and games. When are activities? Weekly summer camps, in-service school day camps, and Kids Night Out events make this the place to be. Any time there is an adult orientated social event, a corresponding kids event will be held. See the club calendar for a specific schedule and check out our Survival Guide for summer fun.

At what age can my child attend? We offer Tots Kamps for two to four year olds all the way through Kounselors in Training, which offers kids who have completed sixth grade help in planning and preparing for Kamps.

How? Payment is made on automatic or one-time options on the website or through your bank. Credit card payment is available, with a 3% surcharge. You may also choose to mail a check or drop off a check at the clubhouse, if you prefer.

Accounting NCR Country Club makes taking care of your bill easy. Set up one-time or reoccurring payments through your bank or our website. If you ever have a question on a statement or specific charge, our accounting department is happy to help. What? Early each month you will receive a statement including past month’s charges and upcoming dues, if applicable. Dues are billed quarterly and in advance. For example, dues for April, May and June will appear on the March statement. Taxes are applicable on all dues and initiation.

ACCOUNTING FAQ → When are my dues billed? Dues are billed quarterly and in advance: March, June, September, December. Memberships are based on our fiscal year, ending March 31st. → When does my minimum start? The quarterly $210 food and beverage minimum starts the first full month you are a member, prorated if necessary, and depends on the first letter of your last name: • A-G: January, April, July , October. • H-P: February, May, August, November. • Q-Z: March, June, September, December. → Yearly prepaid minimums are also available.

What does my minimum include? All food and beverage including curbside carryout orders, on course refreshments, purchases at the pool, and adult beverages.

Where? Statements are emailed to the primary contact’s email. If you would like additional email addresses included, please contact the accounting department. You may also view statements via the website and app.

When? Monthly statements are due the last day of the month of which they are received. Thereafter, a one and a half percent late fee is automatically calculated to the statement.
