CHAPTER 02

THE PROCESS

The creation of the identity “Thriving Network” started with understanding the core values and mission of the Hawai‘i Dementia Initiative (HDI). The main objective again was to enhance the care, unity and connection at HDI.

The design process involved researching other similar brands as well as non-associated companies. The brainstorming process started with creating a word list containing associated terms to Dementia and the association. After that I moved on to sketching by hand and then to digital versions.
