After working very closely with the fashion industry for almost 5 years, one beautiful evening I decided to launch a digital platform of my own, no less than a visual treat for all the fashion & beauty enthusiasts! My main purpose is to disseminate fashion news, styles, trends and celeb news to the reader through an accessible source.
Here I am, the founder and CEO of Frizzy Picks, feeling privileged, writing this note to all my beautiful readers out there. We have completed a year and here we are with the very first Digital Issue featuring some of the
finest names from the industry, top picks & a lot more interesting features.
We strive to strengthen our identity which is synonymous to creating innovation and sharing latest trends for our local and international audience.
Furthermore, we have quadrupled our follower-ship and embraced diversity and commitment and I am incredibly excited about our journey and truly believe, the best is yet to come!

1- Your collections are always quite influenced by the colours of the season, tell us a bit about your collection
Colours are so important when putting up an outfit. I designmy clothes keeping in mind the psychology of colours on the events and seasons. The latest collection My Best Friend’s Wedding is an ode to traditional yet contemporary fashion. It’s a series. The Mehndi chap ter is full of colours, all radiating happiness and festivity. The Barat and Walima outfits are more subtle. Stunning reds fused with rust, orange, magenta hues; it brings that contemporary aura for the brides who are not willing to wear all red outfits on their big day. outfits have dreamy silhouettes and hues, I think brides to be are
2- What's your greatest strength as a fashion designer?
I think flexibility to adapt my designs to suit clients' needs. I always listen to my clients’ ideas and give them a personalized experience. The outfit is customized keeping in view our brand aesthetics. Other
than that, as a fashion designer I always keep the traditional hand-work techniques in each of my design and I think that is my strength you know keeping that traditional Pakistani cultural aura alive.
3-In your opinion, which celeb rities have a great sense of style?
I feel all of our celebrities style real nicely. A good sense of style…I would say Sanam Saeed and Mahira Khan.
4- What are your favourite trends in fashion?
I love how fashion is getting more timeless each day. You know how we’re going back to the old trends every now and then. I love long shirts that will be staying in trend as I said they are timeless. I love statement dupattas that are
super trendy. You can have a classic Mukesh Chunri dupatta and a plain kurta, pants and yes you have a great outfit. In the end, less is more and that’s going to be trend ing in the upcoming season.
5- How would you describe your brand aesthetics?
Aisha Imran brings a dynamic fusion of timeless and contempo rary fashion. Our exclusive Bridals, Formals, and Luxury Pret utopian pieces are crafted using the most delicate fabrics with exemplary crafting techniques. My clothes have been bringing an innovation in silhouettes and handwork techniques, making each ensemble depict the traditional and ethnic aura of Pakistani culture.
