LUXURY
Accommodations suited for our most discerning visitors, luxury properties feature awe-inspiring views, beautiful décor, and a host of premium amenities. They are equipped with high-end kitchen appliances and luxurious bathrooms, with most featuring steam showers or jetted tubs.
A category reserved for our highest level of hotel rooms and condos at the Independence Square, these units feature beautiful décor and furnishings and most have superior views of downtown Aspen.
Well-appointed homes, townhomes and condos qualify as deluxe accommodations if they feature appealing design, excellent furnishings, high-quality home entertainment systems, fireplaces, beautiful views, and superior building amenities.
These comfortable rentals are tastefully decorated with quality furnishings. They’re centrally located and feature complete kitchens. Most have a fireplace but lack the amenities of our deluxe and luxury rentals.
An ideal option for the budget-conscious, our economy units feature complete kitchens, functional furnishings, and easy access to all that Aspen has to offer.

Frias Properties vacation rentals are all conveniently located in downtown Aspen or at Aspen Highlands. While Aspen proper is only about four square miles, there are many distinct neighborhoods, each with unique appeal.
GALENA NEIGHBORHOOD 1
Located just uphill from Aspen’s downtown core and between Aspen Mountain’s Gondola Plaza and Lift 1A, the Galena Street neighborhood is ideal for those looking to be within a few blocks of skiing and Aspen’s famous dining and nightlife. (See page 6)
CENTRAL CORE 2
Encompassing approximately eight square blocks, Aspen’s downtown core is filled with shops, restaurants, art galleries, and parks. In summer months, Aspen’s downtown offers lovely outdoor dining opportunities. (See pages 7-8)
LIFT 1A 3
This quiet area offers another access point to Aspen Mountain and is still walking distance to shops and restaurants. Condos tucked on this hillside provide unique views of downtown, Red Mountain, and Smuggler Mountain. (See page 9)
