There were a variety of tasks that could be given to me from simply stacking shelves to serving customers in the café. Training is given depending on where in the shop I was working and there were always other colleagues to support you.
The White Company Temporary Seasonal Shop Assistant

The White Company is a comfortable and nurturing environment to work in. I was on a seasonal temporary contract and working there during the Christmas season was a unique experience. the colleagues and customers are incredibly nice. I had experience working on the shop floor aiding customers in their shopping experience, working the till and replenishing stock.
