Optional: Thyme sprigs for garnish!

Directions: In a mason jar or cocktail shaker, add the cranberries & honey. Smash together with a wooden spoon until the cranberries release their juices.

Wild Ginger Wild Tea Kombucha

1 1/2 oz

Eau Claire Distillery Prickly Pear EquinOx Vodka

Fresh Lime

Optional: Basil for garnish!

Directions:

Add bourbon and shake well (until combined)

Fill a mug with ice and pour in the Prickly Pear EquinOX. (You can also use your favourite vodka if you don’t have EquinOx on hand)

Pour into a glass and top with Ginger True Büch Kombucha.

Use a citrus reamer to juice the half fresh lime into the mug.

Garnish with a thyme sprig & Enjoy!

Top with desired amount of Wild Ginger Kombucha and stir to combine the flavours.

CHRISTMAS VANILLA CRESCENT COOKIES Ingredients 1 Cup

Butter

1 TSP

Baking Powder

3/4 Cup

Granular Sugar

2 Cups

All-Purpose Flour

1 Large

Egg

1 Cup

Finely Chopped Walnuts

1 TSP

Vanilla Extract

Directions Preheat oven 350ºF Cream butter and add sugar gradually.

Add egg and vanilla, and beat well.

Combine baking powder and flour and then add to the dough.

Add walnuts to the dough.

Roll spoonfuls into small balls, then roll into logs and shape into a crescent: Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.

Cool for 5 minutes and sift icing sugar over the cookies!

Tip: Don’t completely close cookie container for storage

TABLECLOTH: A crisp white linen tablecloth does not disappoint, but during the holiday season choosing a tablecloth with subtle prints on them is a great choice. For Christmas choosing one with metallic patterns on white backgrounds can compliment your centerpiece and allow your centerpiece to be the star of the table.

NAPKINS: Cloth napkins add a touch of quality and elegance to your table. You can find these in a variety of colours and designs to match your holiday theme.

The best part? You can wash them and reuse them for another dinner!

CHARGER PLATE: A charger plate can add a pop of colour to your table- but these can be a costly investment. A fun DIY project you can do with your family for an instant placemat solution is to take a sheet of white paper, fold in half and fold again, then cut out small shapes from the paper through the layers, unfold and iron for a decorative snowflake style placemat.

Ingredients the Cookies

1 Cup

Butter (salted or unsalted)

1 Large

Egg

1 Bag

Mini peanut butter or caramel cups

1 Cup

Granular Sugar

1 Tube

Frosting of your choice!

1 TSP

Vanilla Extract

3 Cups

All-Purpose Flour

2 TSP

Baking Powder

Directions

Optional: Festive sprinkles, candies and edible glitters are a great addition to decorating your sugar cookies!

Preheat oven 350ºF Cream together butter & sugar until it’s fluffy! Then add your egg and vanilla, mix well.

Add flour and baking powder to the bowl. Mix it all together until the dough is pliable.

(Tip: Add water if consistency is crumbly, or flour if it’s too wet) Roll out on floured surface with rolling pin until 1/4” thick. Use the cookie cutter of your choice and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until the centers are puffy and no longer shiny.

(Tip: Take them out before they turn brown. This will insure that they stay soft and chewy.)

Frost away and enjoy!
