On the nineteenth day in the month of January in the year of our Lord, Two-Thousand, and Twenty-Five at Five o’clock in the Post Meridian
Much is required of the Bishop. Not only is the Bishop anointed to do the Godly work of the Kingdom, but in order to be effective in the role he must also become the picture of integrity and leadership when walking in the consecrated office. The actions, posture, and life of the Bishop become more of an open perspective as elevation has taken place in the life of the Bishop and his family.
It is expected for the Bishop to walk and live above and beyond human standards in order to be an example of Jesus Christ. Though it is possible it is sometimes difficult. Bishops are to be the role models and spiritual examples to those whom they lead and in the capacity that they will serve.
Because the visibility and notability of the Bishop increases, it is significant that the lifestyle exemplify a life of Holiness that is acceptable to God. The reputation of a Bishop before consecration may have had its tainting in the past, but "if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature". The Bishop is expected to develop a life of discipline before consecration and become even stronger after consecration.
The standards of a Bishop are exemplified in the life of Christ and in the lives of the Apostles after they received the power and presence of the Holy Ghost. It is the sustenance of the Holy Ghost that enables the Bishop to walk in the expected Holiness that is required by Christ in the lives of all his followers. In order to maintain the integrity of the Body of Christ and the Fellowship it is significant that the standards of a Bishop are understood before consecration to this sacred office and that the responsibility of the office become the standard of life for the person of intent and question to ascend to this Holy office "A Bishop must be blameless".
Glendon Osbourne McNish hails from Content District in the parish of Saint Catherine, Jamaica. He was born to Darnett Davis and Glenton McNish on the 30th day of January, 1976. He is married to Allison Anderson-McNish for twenty-two (22) years. He has three (3) children namely, De’Andre, Alysa and Britthany McNish. Glendon McNish is a proud graduate of Saint Mary’s College. He thereafter attended the Paralegal Training Institute where he obtained a certificate in Paralegal Studies.
Mr. McNish since an early age had a calling on his life for ministry. He attended the B.O.E. Training Institute of the African Methodist Episcopal Church, after which he was ordained as Reverend in the year 2009. He then attended the Sure Theological Seminary where he obtained a certificate in Christian Education.
Rev. McNish has served as a Reverend in the African Methodist Episcopal Church for several years and has pastored many churches and even built/renovating churches within the organization. As the Lord would have developed him, in August 2022 he was deployed to a greater ministry at the Victory Worship Center, where he is also the founder. On September 3, 2022, he was ordained as an apostle and has effectively served under this mantle of the Apostolic calling.
Apostle McNish is an anointed man of God, one who is passionate about God, ministry and souls. He is devoted, hardworking and committed to the call. Apostle McNish loves people and his heart, compassion and determination are certainly great attributes to take him to the next level. Apostle McNish lives by proverbs v.-5-6 “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding in all thine ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct thy paths.

The Service of Consecration and Investiture
Archbishop: Almighty God, who by thy Son Jesus Christ didst give to thy holy Bishops many excellent gifts, and didst charge them to feed thy flock: Give grace, we beseech thee, to all Bishops, the Pastors of thy Church, that they may diligently preach thy Word, and duly administer the godly discipline thereof; and grant to the people, that they may obediently follow the same; that all may receive the crown of everlasting glory; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
THE EPISTLE- Apostle Mick Upsher
1 Timothy 3.1
This is a true saying, if a man desires the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work. A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behavior, given to hospitality, apt to teach; not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous; one that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity; (for if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the Church of God?) Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he falls into the condemnation of the devil. Moreover, he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.
St. John 21:15-
Apostle Mick Upsher
Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord, thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs. He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord, thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep. He saith unto him the third time,Simon, son of Jonas, lovestthou me? Peterwas grieved becausehe said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.
St. John 20:19-
Apostle Mick Upsher
The same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus, and stoodin the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. And when he had said so, he shewed unto them his hands and his side. Then were the disciples glad when they saw the Lord. Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: As my Father hath sent me, even so send I you. And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost. Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.
St. Matthew 28:18-
Apostle Mick Upsher
Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, all power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost; teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.
Then the Archbishop shall move the Congregation present to pray, saying thus to them :
Brethren, it is written in the Gospel of Saint Luke, that our Savior Christ continued the whole night in prayer before he did choose and send forth his twelve Apostles. It is written also in the Acts of the Apostles, that the disciples who were at Antioch did fast and pray, before they laid hands on Paul and Barnabas, and sent them forth. Let us therefore, following the example of our Savior Christ and his Apostles, first fall to prayer, before we admit and send forth this person presented unto us, to the work whereunto we trust the Holy Ghost hath called him.
That it may please thee to bless this our Bishop-Designate, and to send thy grace upon him, that he may duly execute the office whereunto he is called, to the edifying of thy Church, and to the honor, praise, and glory of thy Name,
Almighty God, giver of all good things, who by thy Holy Spirit hast appointed divers Orders of Bishop in Lord Church. Mercifully behold this thy servant now called to the work and ministry of a Bishop; and replenish him so with the truth of thy doctrine, that both by word and deed he may faithfully serve thee in this office, to the glory of thy Name, and the edifying and well-governing of thy Church; through the merits of our Savior Jesus Christ, who liveth and reigneth with thee and the Holy Ghost, world without end. Amen.
Then the Bishop-Designate, sitting in his Chair, shall say to him that is to be consecrated.
Archbishop: Are you persuaded that you be truly called to this ministration, according to the will of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the order of this Realm?
Bishop-Designate: I am so persuaded.
Archbishop: Will you deny all ungodliness and worldly lusts, and live soberly righteously, and godly present world, that you may shew yourself in all things an example of good works unto others, that the adversary may be ashamed, having nothing to say against you.

THE CINCTURE: The Cincture being placed around the waist is symbolic of the Towel, which Jesus girded Himself and began to wash the Disciples feet and said to us wash each other feet. As a Bishop you must remain humble just as Jesus did, and be willing to stoop and wash the least of Brethren.
THE ROCHET: A Rochet is symbolic to the Priesthood A linen garment resembling the surplice, but with narrower sleeves, also without sleeves worn by Apostle, and by some other dignitaries, during certain religious ceremonies.
