SNC dal 1993 produce sistemi per l'aspirazione e la filtrazione delle polveri che si generano durante lavorazioni quali il taglio, la levigatura e la finitura superficiale di prodotti in marmo, marmo/cemento, pietre e graniti; realizzando: !Fronti aspiranti ns serie “MCC DRYJET” da 2-3-4-5 mt !Unità mobili su ruote ns. tipo bicubo/monocubo !Banchi aspiranti ns tipo CC 2000 New !Molteplici tipologie di impianti di aspirazione centralizzati per più postazioni di lavoro, secondo le più svariate esigenze degli utilizzatori.

I nostri prodotti sono comunque legati da un’unica metodologia di filtrazione della polvere aspirata: quella a secco, installando cartucce filtranti in poliestere che si autopuliscono mediante il lancio di aria compressa in controcorrente. Questo tipo di filtrazione rappresenta quanto di meglio si possa fare per il trattamento delle polveri fini ed al tempo stesso ci può garantire: !Basse emissioni nell'ambiente esterno (max 1,5 mgr/m3 quando il limite massimo è di 10 mgr/m3); !Limite di emissioni costante nel tempo (le cartucce filtranti hanno una classe di efficienza BGIA/IFA, EN 779 o EN 1822 "M" Parag. F9 > 95%); !Lunga durata dei filtri, mediamente 4/5 anni, purché vengano rispettati i normali cicli di manutenzione 4

ordinaria; Manutenzione ridotta (i filtri sono autopulenti; basterà togliere periodicamente la polvere dagli appositi contenitori di raccolta).

Il fronte ns tipo MCC DRY-JET è una macchina adatta all'aspirazione ed alla filtrazione di polveri prodotte durante la lavorazione con elettroutensili manuali di marmo, pietre e granito.

COME FUNZIONA La struttura dei nostri fronti aspiranti è realizzata in robusta carpenteria metallica rivestita da lamiere pressopiegate in acciaio zincato dove al loro interno sono alloggiate la zona filtrante e la zona autopulente: !La zona filtrante è realizzata con una batteria di cartucce in poliestere teflonato che garantiscono una capacità di filtrazione delle particelle di polvere >95% !La zona autopulente è caratterizzata da serbatoi di accumulo aria compressa disposti sopra ogni singola cartuccia filtrante i quali, all'azionamento temporizzato di una elettrovalvola pneumatica, permettono lo scuotimento dei filtri e la conseguente caduta della polvere all'interno dei cassetti di raccolta disposti nella parte bassa del fronte aspirante.

La macchina si completa di: !elettroaspiratore centrifugo ad alta prevalenza disposto a bordo macchina !feritoie aspiranti di particolare conformazione posizionate nella parte frontale !box di prolungamento per aiutare il convogliamento della polvere all'interno delle feritoie aspiranti.

The MCC DRY-JET dust extracting machine is suitable for suction and filtration of dust produced when working with power tools manuals marble, stone and granite.

HOW DOES IT WORKS The structure of our dust extracting system is made of sturdy metal frame covered with bent sheets of galvanized steel, where iare housed the filtering area and the self cleaning area: !The filtering area is realized by a battery of teflon coated polyester cartridges that guarantee a filtration capacity of dust particles > 95% !The self-cleaning zone is characterized by compressed air accumulator tank disposed above each filter cartridge which through the timed actuation of a pneumatic solenoid valve, allow the shaking of the filters and the consequent fall of the powder within the collection drawers arranged in the lower part of the suction face.

The machine comprises: !high power centrifugal electric fan placed on the machine !particular conformation of the suction slot positioned in the front part !extension box to help convey the powder inside the suction slot.

Utilizzo della macchina La macchina è un depuratore d'aria destinato all'aspirazione delle polveri di marmo, pietre e graniti prodotte dalle lavorazioni manuali a secco effettuate sul banco quali: smerigliatura, levigatura, taglio, ecc.

L'aspirazione della polvere sul punto di generazione, tramite le feritoie poste sul piano e perimetralmente al banco, serve ad eliminare la dispersione della stessa nell'ambiente e I'inspirazione da parte degli addetti ai lavori. L'aria aspirata viene riemessa nell'ambiente di lavoro depolverata.

Sistema di filtrazione II banco "C.C.2000 NEW EVOLUTION" è caratterizzato da una sezione filtrante costituita da n°9 cartucce in poliestere teflonato. L'aria aspirata dall'elettroventilatore, posto in un vano insonorizzato, è convogliata nella camera filtri e costretta ad attraversare le cartucce filtranti

dall'esterno verso I'interno. Sulla superficie esterna e pieghettata delle cartucce avviene l'arresto delle particelle di polvere.

Sistema di pulizia delle cartucce filtranti La pulizia delle cartucce filtranti avviene durante il normale funzionamento del banco aspirante.

Un getto d'aria compressa a 4±5 BAR temporizzato è inviato, attraverso degli iniettori tipo "venturi", verso l'interno delle cartucce filtranti in modo the l'aria fuoriuscendo distacchi le particelle di polvere in eccedenza depositate sulla superficie esterna delle stesse. La polvere in questo modo cade all'interno di una tramoggia per essere poi convogliata nel cassetto di raccolta posto all'interno dell'unita stessa. Questo sistema di pulizia renderà sempre efficienti e costanti nel tempo le già elevate caratteristiche di aspirazione del banco aspirante.

Usage of the machine This machine is an air cleaner used to vacuum up marble, granite and stone dust caused by dry hand-working on a bench (grinding, polishing, cutting etc.).

The dust is vacuumed up at the point of rising through some slots situated on the work bench and along its perimeter, thus avoiding its scattering in the working environment and preventing the workers from breathing it in.

The air is vacuumed up, filtered and then blown back cleaned into environment.

Filtering system The machine "C.C. 2000 NEW EVOLUTION" is made up of 9 teflon polyester cartridges. The air is vacuumed up by an electric fan which is placed in a soundproofed space and then directed into the filter cartridges where it is forced through the

teflon polyester cartridges from the outside towards the inside.

The dust particles are caught in the external pleated surface of the cartridges.

Self cleaning system of the cartridges.

The filter cartridge are self cleaning. While the machine is working, a time jet of compressed air of 4-5 BAR is blown through the injectors of "Venturi" type towards the inside of the cartridges so that the air, coming out, removes the exceeding dust particles from their external surface. The dust falls into a container and then it is conveyed into a collecting box placed inside the machine.

This cleaning system guarantees that our dust extracting machine is highly efficient and performs consistently over a long period of time.

Finalità della macchina La macchina è un depuratore d'aria destinato all'aspirazione delle polveri di marmo, pietre e graniti prodotte dalle lavorazioni manuali quali: smerigliatura, levigatura, taglio, ecc.

L'aspirazione della polvere sul punto di loro generazione, tramite la cappetta del braccio a proboscide, di cui la macchina è dotata, serve ad eliminare la dispersione di polveri nell'ambiente e la loro inspirazione da parte degli addetti ai lavori. L'aria aspirata viene riemessa nell'ambiente di lavoro depolverata.

Sistema di filtrazione L'unita mobile aspirante "MONOCUBO - BICUBO" è caratterizzata da una sezione filtrante costituita da n. 4 cartucce poliestere teflonato. L'aria aspirata dall'elettroventilatore, posto in un vano insonorizzato, captata dal braccio a proboscide è convogliata nella camera filtri dove è costretta ad attraversare le cartucce filtranti

dall'esterno verso l'interno. Sulla superficie esterna e pieghettata delle cartucce avviene l'arresto delle particelle di polvere.

Un getto d'aria compressa a 4÷5 BAR temporizzato è inviato, attraverso degli iniettori tipo venturi, verso l'interno delle cartucce filtranti in modo che l'aria fuoriuscendo distacchi le particelle di polvere in eccedenza depositate sulla superficie esterna delle stesse. La polvere in questo modo cade all'interno di una tramoggia per essere poi convogliata nel cassetto di raccolta posto all'interno dell'unita stessa.

Questo sistema di pulizia renderà sempre efficienti e costanti nel tempo le già elevate caratteristiche di aspirazione dell'unita "MONOCUBO BICUBO".

Forno di asciugatura materiali lapidei Kiln drying stone processing La ditta Ceragioli Carlo & C., presente sul mercato con una rilevante produzione di sistemi per la movimentazione ed il trasporto di lastre, filagne e marmette, presenta la nuova linea di asciugatura modello "IR FAST DRYER CC". Gli IR FAST DRYER CC sono dotati di un rivoluzionario e unico tipo di irraggiatore TWIN TUBE che emette raggi infrarossi in doppia frequenza: onda corta e medio veloce. Tale tipologia di irraggiamento garantisce una penetrazione di c.a.

3 cm. all'interno dei materiali assicurandone la TOTALE asciugatura anche in profondità.

Inoltre, sfruttando il calore emesso dagli erogatori (2450°C), l'aria

riscaldata fino a c.a. 90°C viene soffiata sulla superficie del materiale; questo doppio abbinamento ci permette di ridurre in maniera drastica i tempi di asciugatura: sono sufficienti appena 3 minuti per una intera lastra!!! I bulbi erogatori di I.R. non richiedono particolare manutenzione (solo una buona pulizia) ed hanno una notevole durata pari a 10.000 ore di servizio!!! La nostra Azienda è stata la prima a realizzare forni di asciugatura dotati di erogatori ad I.R. e si fa vanto di presentare ancora una volta in anteprima la innovativa tecnologia TWIN TUBE.

Ceragioli Carlo & C. presents its new outstanding system for handling and drying marble and stone slabs, strips and tiles; the "IR FAST DRYER CC" models. This kiln was developed on a long lasting experience of working with the marble and stone industry. All the models of our "IR FAST DRYERS CC" are equipped with unique twin tubes infra red heaters. These twin tubes infra red heaters were studied and developed together with Victory Lighting UK, they emit infra red rays at double the frequency, the rays are

short wave and go at a medium speed. This type of frequency guarantees a penetration of about 3 cm deep, and therefore it assures an overall desiccation of the material.

The IR twin tubes don't request any special maintenance (only an occasional cleaning from the dust) and will last for 10.000 hours.

Le ceratrici per lastre CERLAS non sono delle semplici ceratrici! Sembra un gioco di parole ma non è così. Le CERLAS sono macchine studiate inizialmente per svolgere la sola funzione di ceratrici di lastre sia per il marmo che per il granito. Attraverso leggere modifiche le macchine per la lavorazione delle lastre si possono trasformare in bocciardatrici, macchine per antichizzare i materiali, stuccatrici e masticiatrici. La struttura della macchina è stata studiata fin dal primo progetto per resistere alle lavorazioni

più severe. Le CERLAS sono controllate da PLC in grado di ottimizzare tutte le potenzialità della macchina, adeguando le funzioni alla lavorazione destinata ed esaltando le qualità dei materiali che si stanno processando. L'utilizzo di componentistica di primordine rende le CERLAS macchine affidabili in grado di raggiungere elevate velocità d'avanzamento e permettere di ottenre risultati ottimi anche con lastre di forma molto irregolare. Utilizzo della macchina L'applicatore termoplastico è una macchina automatica che distribuisce il prodotto antigraffio "HOTMELT", materiale adesivo termo fusibile costituito da resine termoplastiche senza solventi, sulla superficie dei materiali lapidei sottoforma di lastre od altri formati quali filagne, strisce e marmette di varie misure. può essere applicato sottoforma di strisce di varia lunghezza e spessore o singoli punti distanziati orizzontalmente e verticalmente secondo le proprie esigenze.

La macchina di dimensioni estremamente ridotte si può facilmente installare in uscita al processo di trattamento (su lastre, ecc) quale lucidatura, ceratura, coloritura.

Questo sistema di protezione superficiale sostituisce con indubbi vantaggi la tradizionale deposizione del foglio di nylon che sono: !costo del prodotto antigraffio inferiore rispetto al nylon; !un unico prodotto va bene per tutti i materiali, mentre per il nylon devono essere variate le dimensioni dei formati; !nessuna macchia di umidità dovuta a ristagno di acqua sul nylon; !nessun fermo macchina per la distribuzione del prodotto; !costo inferiore della macchina rispetto a quella per la deposizione del nylon.

Finalità della macchina Spazzolatrice del piano inferiore, adatta all'eliminazione delle sgocciolature di resina dalle lastre trattate con tale prodotto.

Spesso le sgocciolature della resina presenti sulle superfici delle lastre sono la causa di rottura del materiale sia in fase di lucidatura ma soprattutto quando il materiale viene maneggiato per il trasporto.

Poter eliminare la resina in eccesso con una macchina di questo tipo consente di: !Evitare l'impiego di personale, che con l'ausilio di una smerigliatrice pulisca il piano delle lastre.

Riducendo i tempi morti. !La produzione di polveri nocive all'operatore stesso. !Eseguire l'operazione in completa sicurezza, non avendo più una persona che deve operare in zone pericolose. !Valorizzare il prodotto.

La macchina è costituita essenzialmente da un robusto telaio metallico sul quale sono alloggiati gli utensili che altro non sono che N°02 spazzole a rullo con particolari setole abrasive.

Le due spazzole sono sfalsate per coprire interamente la superficie della

lastra per una larghezza massima di 2100 mm.

Il vantaggio di questo sistema, rispetto ad altri, è l'approccio degli utensili sul materiale, di fatto le setole abrasive essendo elastiche non urtano il materiale con il rischio di rotture.

Il meccanismo flottante che sostiene il rullo abrasivo permette allo stesso di adattarsi alla planarità della lastra mantenendo costante il contatto tra le setole abrasive e la lastra stessa.

Un sistema di rulli pressatori spinge saldamente la lastra mantenendo il contatto necessario tra il piano della stessa e gli utensili abrasivi.

Il quadro elettrico può essere realizzato in due versioni (a leggio o a bordo macchina) e gestisce, durante la fase di entrata della lastra, la discesa dei pressatori per la fase di lavoro o la sospensione del ciclo.

Ogni gruppo utensile è governato da un "Inverter" per ottimizzare la velocità di asportazione Dimensioni del macchinario: 1930x3300xH.750 ±25 mm.

La macchina è opportunamente carterata in modo da creare il giusto convogliamento, verso una bocca aspirante, del particolato prodotto durante la lavorazione evitandone la dispersione nell'ambiente di lavoro.
