High end tubings for best riding experience In order to deliver the best out of our Reactive geometry, we chose the best alloys we could use to build our frames. Our premium 6061 T6 aluminium delivers exactly what is expected form a BMX race bike : The right amount of stiffness, comfort and strength. Combined with our hydroformed tubings, we are able to provide a high level package that allows riders to deliver all their power and riding abilities to be at the front of the pack and have fun on any type of tracks all over the World.
EVO LINE TECHNOLOGY
We work since 2017 on a new generation of dropouts. We have tried severals system already present on the market, not satisfied by system launched we have finally decide to create our own and personal dropouts. Disc ! We would like something « really » disc brake ready that’s why we have decided to close up the dropout in order to avoid any bending issues due to disc brake power. Stiffer ! This new dropouts are 25% stiffer than our previous version in addition and thanks to the brand new shape we can welding seat stays upper and provide more strength . On the track you really feel the difference More adjustment range ! With no v-brake mount we have no adjustment limit, SWELL dropouts offering 35mm adjustment so if you like to ride with long chain stays adjustment now you can !
EVO LINE TECHNOLOGY
Our EVO line frames are designed with hydroformed tubes with means that we are able to design the exact tube shape needed in order to deliver what we need at the exact place we want. Not only hydroformed tubes allow nice looking industrial design, but it also helps adding lateral stiffness and / or torsional stiffness where needed as well as larger contact areas at tube jonctions which provide the riders a reactive frame for a great precise handling, while some other areas can be designed in order to flex a bit more so that it can filter vibrations. What you have in hands is a great BMX race frame providing the latest high end technologies available.
FACTORY WELDING
It is all about fun and progression. By Reactiv geometry, we mean geometries that have been fine tuned in order to deliver the best riding feeling and generate the most fun out of our bikes. Through the process, we always keep in mind which type of rider our EVO line is designated to, so that, on top of the rider level we target, every frame size is fully adapted to the rider’s height and by extension, to his age. This is the reason why we spent some time looking at what riders want depending of their age. With rare exceptions, sizes are usually linked with an age group and what an 8 years old rider is expecting to accomplish on a BMX is different from what a 15 years old rider is looking at. In that way, you cannot allow to have each bike reacting the same from a mini to a Pro XL, that would not be adapted.
From the Micro to the Junior sizes, we privileged stability which allows the riders to test themselves and masterise manualing with a great predictive frame that will also deliver a good snap and great stability when they start jumping. The Expert frame is kept short overall in order to provide what all kids are looking at accomplishing when they are at the age of riding and Expert size frame : a fun BMX easy to jump and manual. From the Pro to the Pro XXL sizes, we pushed the envelop to offer a long top tube and long chainstays in order to deliver maximum stability at high speed which fits today’s modern BMX track designs so that riders can start perfecting their riding style to imitate Elite riders they are looking at.
