We strongly believe in giving back and feeding into a community that has given so much to us. At Fre3dom, we know that our community can only continue to be great by pouring time and commitment into our youth, and that is why we continue to provide support where we are needed.

ENHANCED RESUMÉ SKILLS DUEL CREDIT KNOWLEDGE OF INDUSTRY STANDARDS

• shadowing experiences range from 1-3 days

• courses range from 5 days to 10 weeks

• utilize Unreal Engine, a video gaming technology, to brainstorm, prototype and launch their own creative spaces

• guide and mentor students through the design thinking process

• hands-on approach to solving problems using their critical thinking skills

• attend on-site visits at Freedom Interiors

• shadow and interact with our team

• attend project management and interior design meetings

• attend finish selection meetings

design thinking process:

Empathize: What do we ‘think’ the problem is? How do you know? research through surveys and user data

Define: What is the problem/need the user is experiencing? analyze surveys and interivews

Ideate: What if ____ could adress the problem? How do ____ work? produce concepts and layouts with good, better, best solutions

Test: What does the feedback tell me to do next?

listen to user feedback, discuss budget, go back to the drawing board

Launch: What will it take to get this idea off the ground? pitch presentatio/showcase to stakeholders and end users
