We would like to thank our friends, family, neighbors & co-workers for all the kindness shown during Donnie’s illness and his passing. A big thank you to Pastor Haug & Pastor White for their visits, prayers, communion and the wonderful service. Their words and songs at Donnie’s Celebration of Life and Burial were very comforting to all of us. The music by Pastor White and Cindi Christianson accompanied by Bob Tewes was also very comforting and enjoyable. Diane Christenson did a great job of describing him and some of his antics. Bonnerup Funeral Home did a remarkable job. They did everything we asked for and more. Including things we weren’t even aware of that needed doing. Hospice was wonderful, they did everything they could and more. All of the nurses, aides, volunteers, office workers, manager and everyone else involved with hospice were all very helpful. Of course, thank you to the Green Lea crew for all their help over the long months and the last few days especially. We hope we have not forgotten to include anyone that should be mentioned, if we have please accept our apologies.
Thanks to everyone involved in anyway, from Donavon (Donnie) L. Johnson’s family Like Donnie would say, THAT IS JUST FINE & DANDY!!

• Understand and assist in managing the Food Safety operations in a food manufacturing facility. • Ensure that plant and all plant personnel are operating in compliance with all company procedures, customer requirements, local, state, federal and international regulations. • Assist with managing Quality Assurance, Food Safety, and HACCP programs • Assist with technical customer assistance • Develop policies and procedures as needed and provide training to employees to ensure compliance. • As necessary, communicate cross functionally regarding current and emerging food regulation. • Periodically assist with physical and organoleptic evaluations of products and ingredients. • Coordinate/Conduct internal facility audits, accompany investigators, and help to ensure corrective actions and follow-up reports are tracked and completed. • Assist with investigations into incidents, quality issues, and complaints. Document findings, perform trend analysis, and communicate to management, employees and customers as appropriate. • Participate on Quality and Food Safety Teams. • Other duties and tasks when necessary.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable scientific discipline. • 5+ years in a quality management position in a food plant, preferably in a spray drying environment. • Ability to problem solve using unique approaches and out-of- the-box thinking • Experience with GFSI, specifically FSSC 22000 • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task. • Ability to interact in a positive way with all personnel and customers. • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
