ABOUT CALEB HAIL

Caleb is from Coleman, Texas, and has been part of the Texas Ranch Realty team since 2012. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Caleb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture and Applied Economics.

Caleb’s interests, education and experience make him an expert in farm and ranch real estate and rural properties, including homes on acreage. He holds a GRI Real Estate Certification, and enjoys working across the Hill Country and Central Texas. His areas of expertise include Gillespie, Blanco, Llano, Mason, McCulloch, San Saba and Coleman counties. Caleb is dedicated to his work and enjoys sharing his knowledge of the region and its properties with clients looking to establish roots in the area.

When not working, Caleb enjoys hunting and being outdoors. He raises registered black angus cattle, and is a member of the American Angus Association and the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association. Caleb is an active family man. He and his wife, Shanley, live in Fredericksburg with their children Hudson and Hampton.

EYE-CATCHING PHOTOGRAPHY

We hire the best photographers in the business to capture not just the property, but the lifestyle that comes with it. We love for our listings to look like the page of a magazine rather than a printout from the MLS. We utilize these images in advertising and on a 10 foot digital display in the lobby of our office on Main St. in Fredericksburg. Fredericksburg gets more than two million visitors a year, so this walk-by traffic is a big opportunity for exposure. We also capture exterior drone video of your home and land that can be used in various marketing channels.

We will also produce a tour video of your property, with an optional seller interview, that we can use to create a property specific microsite, post on social media channels or as a showcase listing on LandsofTexas.com, Trulia, Zillow or Realtor.com.

ONLINE ADVERTISING

Digital advertising is one of the most effective ways to reach buyers who are already online and searching for real estate. We advertise using Google AdWords to target people searching for properties in the Texas Hill Country. Perhaps more powerfully, we use behavioral retargeting. This means that if someone has visited our website, we are able to target them with display ads when they are visiting other websites.

We have a very active social media presence, posting multiple times a week to our nearly 10,000 followers on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
