Established in 1975 by Badio’s family, Spirale has always been dedicated to combining Italian quality and style with technological innovation. Spirale is specialised in the use of thermoplastics TPR, PVC and nitrile rubber for injected moulded casual footwear and professional safety footwear. The combined use of cutting-edge technology and stylish, fashionable designs and Colors, along with constant attention to developments with regard to ecological and environmental concerns has always proved a winning strategy, becoming the number one Italian boot manufacturer.

PRODUZIONE PRODUCTION Progettato per gestire non soltanto produzioni di massa, ma anche piccoli lotti che rispondano a particolari esigenze di personalizzazione, il sistema produttivo di SPIRALE permette di monitorare l’intero ciclo produttivo, dalla miscelazione delle materie prime fino allo stoccaggio del prodotto finito. Negli stabilimenti di Cinte Tesino (Trento) e di Monsagrati (Lucca) vengono prodotte giornalmente migliaia di paia utilizzando le tecnologie più avanzate sia per l’estrusione del granulo che per l’iniezione delle calzature; un’organizzazione eccellente che coniuga elevata efficienza e rispetto per l’essere umano e l’ambiente. Designed to accommodate not only mass production but small-lot customized production as well, Spirale’s system enables to oversee the complete manufacturing cycle, from raw materials compounding to finish product warehousing. In our production plants located in Cinte Tesino (Trento-IT) and Monsagrati (Lucca-IT), thousands pairs of boots are daily produced and inspected using the most advanced technologies both for extruding the grain and moulding the boots. An excellent organization that drives both high efficiency and an approach which is people- and environment-friendly.

The Nora range has been developed taking in consideration the specific needs of different activities, respecting the directives EN ISO 20345 and 20347. 1. Puntale anti-schiacciamento. / Anti-crush toecap.
Puntale in acciaio di dimensioni extra large per prevenire lo schiacciamento delle dita. Extra wide steel toecap to prevent foot-crushing.
2. Intersuola in gomma nitrilica espansa. / Nitrile foam midsole.
Intersuola in nitrile espanso per migliorare isolamento termico e comfort dello stivale. The midsole made of expanded nitrile rubber foam reduces the foot sensitivity to rougher grounds and increases the heat insulation of the sole.
3. Suoletta anti perforazione. / Puncture resistant insole.

Il disegno simmetrico del battistrada conferisce alla suola un’eccellente trazione su superfici sia asciutte che bagnate e favorisce la flessione del piede; scanalature della suola molto marcate per facilitare l’espulsione di acqua e fango. Il Poliuretano è un materiale sintetico la cui struttura molecolare lo rende estremamente morbido ed elastico anche a temperature molto basse (-30 C°), circa il 40% più leggero rispetto alle tradizionali miscele termoplastiche e molto più resistente a grassi animali, Oli vegetali, concimi, fertilizzanti, acidi, combustibili, petrolio ed idrocarburi; inoltre il Poliuretano garantisce un eccellente isolamento termico (caldo in inverno, fresco in estate) ed una resistenza meccanica molto elevata. La Gomma Naturale allo stato grezzo è un materiale plastico che viene miscelato con sostanze chimiche diverse e trasformato in materiale elastico attraverso un processo di riscaldamento chiamato vulcanizzazione. Circa il 70% del processo produttivo è svolto manualmente senza l’intervento delle macchine: le diverse parti che andranno a comporre lo stivale vengono tagliate e controllate singolarmente, incollate e successivamente assemblate prima dell’ingresso in autoclave. La qualità di esecuzione delle diverse fasi di cui sopra contribuisce a far sí che il mercato associ agli stivali in Gomma Naturale le caratteristiche di morbidezza, flessibilità e comfort sia a basse che ad alte temperature. La Gomma Naturale viene spesso combinata con il Neoprene per un comfort più elevato ed un maggiore isolamento termico.
Natural rubber in its raw state is a plastic material which is added with different chemicals and converted into an elastic material through an heating process called vulcanisation. The various parts made of different materials are cut and quality controlled one by one, glued and assembled.
