Hideaway Release Process The Hideaway Release at The Grove will be held on Saturday 12th March 2022 and sales appointments will be held by virtual appointment only. Due to high levels of demand, a registration system has been put in place to ensure everyone has a fair chance to secure a property. All land lots will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
Please follow these steps to participate in the Hideaway Release. 1.
Speak to your Sales Consultant to discuss detailed lot plans and pricing.

Select your preferred property (due to high demand it is recommended that you have multiple preferences). We suggest a minimum of three preferences. A purchase limit of only one property per release per household applies.
3.
On Tuesday 8th March 2022, all subscribed members will receive an email with a link to the online 'Request to Purchase' page.
4.
Registrations via the 'Request to Purchase' page will open at 11am sharp (AEDT) on Friday 11th March. Please access this page via the link in Tuesday's email, approximately 10 minutes before registrations open at 11am (AEDT).
5.
At 11am (AEDT) on Friday 11th March you will need to refresh the page so that the form will appear. You will need to fill in your details and submit your details for your chance to purchase a property. Please ensure you are not connected to a VPN or that your machine has not locked or gone into sleep mode.

Registrations via the online 'Request to Purchase' page will close at 12pm (AEDT) on Friday 11th March. If you have not registered by this close time you will not be eligible to participate in the current release.
7.
All successfully registered members will be contacted by The Grove Sales Team on Friday 11th February (after registrations close) in order of registration to confirm an appointment time for Saturday 12th March. Please be contactable by phone on the number you provided on the registration page. a.
If The Grove Sales Team cannot contact you, we will endeavour to leave you a voicemail or SMS, however, you will lose your ‘Request to Purchase’ priority and the team will contact the next prioritised customer.
b.
The Grove Sales Team will endeavour to contact you on your nominated telephone number a second time. Once you return a call to The Grove Sales Team you will resume priority ahead of the remaining customers who have not yet been contacted.
c.
If The Grove Sales Team are unable to contact you after the second attempt and you do not contact The Grove Sales Team before we finish contacting all customers, Frasers Property Australia reserve the right to forfeit your request to purchase and any opportunity to purchase a property during the Hideaway Release at The Grove.
8.
On release day, Saturday 12th March, appointments are for 20 minutes and will be held virtually or in person. You will be required to select your property and sign an unconditional contract of sale within 7 days. Please ensure you have available proof of ID (passport, driver’s license & Medicare card and VEVO if applicable).
9.
For any buyers-based interstate or overseas, a member of The Grove Sales Team will contact you via telephone to conduct your sales appointment over the phone.
10.
A holding deposit of $1,000 via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) will be required on the release day. You will be required to sign a Contract of Sale by DocuSign and pay the balance of the 10% deposit within 7 business days.
