Priority Release Booking appointment to purchase - Terms & Conditions To be eligible to purchase in the priority release of a nominated properties for a nominated development you must agree to the terms and conditions of the ‘Booking your purchase appointment’ process. 1. These terms and conditions govern the use of the Frasers Property Australia ‘myFrasersProperty app and portal’ and Microsoft Outlook Calendar for securing a Purchasing Appointment to be able to purchase a property at the nominated development during the Priority Release. By using the ‘myFrasersProperty app and portal’ and/or Microsoft Outlook Calendar page, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 2. You will receive access to book your purchasing appointment on the nominated booking date via the myFrasersProperty app or portal, or alternatively by email to book your purchasing appointment. Members must register their interest prior to Purchasing Appointments being made available during the nominated registration of interest period. If you do not register your interest during the nominated registration of interest period, you will not be eligible to participate in the Priority Release or gain access to the appointments. 3. On the nominated booking date, access to the purchasing appointments will be given to registered Platinum Members with Priority+ access first, followed by registered Silver Members and lastly approved Family Share referrals if applicable. 4. It is advised that you book the earliest appointment available when your access opens to have access to the preferred property you wish to purchase as bookings are done on a “first come first served” basis. Only a maximum of one (1) property per release is permitted to be purchased by any member on the day of the release. 5. For any Family Members of Care & Rewards members wishing to gain access to this release under the Family Share program, there are criteria that need to be satisfied to quality for this benefit. Family Members will be notified of their eligibility prior to the Purchasing Appointments being made available. 6. Frasers Property may as part of a Priority Release require you to pay a holding deposit for an amount nominated by Frasers as part of that priority release via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) in order to secure a Purchasing Appointment to purchase a property in the Priority Release. 7.
