Priority Release Process The priority release for Echo Exclusive House & Land Package Release at Berwick Waters will be held on Saturday 27th November 2021 and sales meetings will be held by appointment only. Due to high levels of demand, a registration system has been put in place to ensure everyone has a fair chance to secure a property. All land lots will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
Please follow these steps to participate in the Priority Release. 1.
Speak to your Berwick Waters Sales Consultant to discuss detailed lot plans and pricing.

Select your preferred property (due to high demand it is recommended that you have multiple preferences). We suggest a minimum of three preferences. Only one property is available to purchase per household on release day.

On Thursday 25th November 2021, all subscribed Prosperity members and eligible referred Family Members will receive an email with a link to the online 'Request to Purchase' page in the Priority Notification email.

For any Family Members of Prosperity members wishing to gain access to this release under the Family Share program, there are criteria that need to be satisfied to qualify for this benefit. Firstly, a referral form must be submitted by Friday 19th November 2021. This can be done here www.frasersproperty.com.au/familyshare. Secondly, sufficient certified documents to prove the relationship between the Family Member and Prosperity member, will need to be supplied by Monday 22nd November 2021. Thirdly, the referral must be approved by our internal team in line with the Prosperity Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed here www.frasersproperty.com.au/Prosperity/Terms. Family Members will be notified of their eligibility prior to Thursday 25th November 2021.

Registrations via the 'Request to Purchase' page will open at 12pm sharp (AEST) on Friday 26th November 2021. Please access this page via the link in Thursday’s email, approximately 10 minutes before registrations open at 12pm (AEST).

At 12pm sharp (AEST) on Friday 26th November you will need to refresh the page so that the form will appear. You will need to fill in your details and click ‘register’ as soon as it appears to submit your details for your chance to purchase a property. Please ensure you are not connected to a VPN or that your machine has not locked or gone into sleep mode.

Registrations via the online 'Request to Purchase' page will close at 1pm (AEST) on Friday 26th November. You must register through the 'Request to Purchase' page within this period to be eligible to make a sales appointment and purchase a property on the release day.

All successfully registered members will be contacted by the Sales Team on Friday 26th November (after registrations close) in order of registration to arrange a sales appointment on Saturday 27th November. Please be contactable by phone on the number you provided on the registration page. i.
If the Berwick Waters Sales Team cannot contact you, we will endeavor to leave you a voicemail or SMS, however, you will lose your ‘Request to Purchase’ priority and the team will contact the next prioritised customer.
ii.
The Berwick Waters Sales Team will endeavor to contact you on your nominated telephone number a second time. Once you return a call to the Berwick Waters Sales Team you will resume priority ahead of the remaining customers who have not yet been contacted.
iii.
If the Berwick Waters Sales Team are unable to contact you after the second attempt and you do not contact the Berwick Waters Sales Team before we finish contacting all customers, Frasers Property Australia reserve the right to forfeit your request to purchase and any opportunity to purchase a property during the Echo Exclusive House & Land Package Release at Berwick Waters.
9.
On Saturday 27th November appointments will be held virtually or in person and are for 20 minutes. You will be required to select your property and electronically sign an unconditional contract of sale. Please ensure you provide proof of ID (passport, driver’s license & Medicare card and VEVO if applicable).
10.
The appointments will be conducted virtually however if you would like to attend the Sales Suite to complete your purchase you can make arrangements with the sales team. The Sales Suite currently has limited capacity so we ask that a maximum of two people attend. Like our staff, you will be required to follow Covid Safe practices such as checking in via a QR code, wearing a face mask at all times and show proof of full vaccination status.
11.
On the release day you will be required to sign electronic contracts unconditionally in order to secure your preferred land lot.
12.
A deposit of $10,000 will be required during your sales appointment, with the balance of the 10% deposit due within 3 days. The initial $10,000 will be deducted from your 10% deposit.
