Release Process
The Terracotta Release (Stage 9) at Berwick Waters will be available from Sunday 30th June, 2024. A registration system has been put in place to ensure everyone has a fair chance to secure a property. All land lots will be sold on a firstcome, firstservedbasis.
Please follow these steps to participate in the release.
1. Speak to your Berwick Waters Sales Consultant to discuss detailed lot plans and pricing.
2. Select your preferred property (land). It is recommended that you have multiple preferences.
3. On Friday 28th June, 2024, you will receivean email with a link to 'Book an appointment' at 2pm.
4. On Sunday 30th June 2024, appointments will be held at our sales office (157 Honour Avenue, Clyde North, 3978) You will be required to select your property and pay a deposit. Please ensure you provide proof of ID
5. A deposit of $1,000 will be required during your sales appointment on Sunday 30th June 2024, with the balance of the 5% deposit due within 3 days. The $1,000 will be deducted from your 5% deposit.
6. You will be required to sign electronic contracts unconditionally within 3 business days of initial deposits in order to secure your preferred land lot.
7. Please Note: Frasers Property Australia Care & Rewards Members receive priority access to releases as part of the loyalty program. At times, this means a property may sell during the Priority Release and become unavailable in the Public Release.
