Hamilton Townhomes Priority Release Process
Priority access to the first release of Hamilton Townhomes at Mambourin will be held on Saturday 28 January 2023 and sales meetings will be held by appointment only at 20-minute intervals. Due to high levels of demand, a registration system and request to purchase booking tool has been put in place to ensure everyone has a fair chance to secure a property. All land lots will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

2. Speak to your Sales Consultant to discuss detailed lot plans and pricing.
3. Select your preferred property (due to high demand it is recommended that you have a minimum of three preferences). A purchase limit of only one lot per release per member applies.

Saturday 28 January
Request to Purchase Period
1. Friday morning - A reminder email, with the “Request to Purchase” link, will be sent to members and approved family who have registered about participating in this release.
2. 9:50am (AEDT) - Access the "Request to Purchase' page 10mins prior to opening. The 'Request to Purchase' page will open at 10am (AEDT) sharp.
3. 10:00am (AEDT) - Refresh the ‘Request to purchase’ page and the form will appear, enter your contact details and click ‘submit’ for your chance to purchase a property.
4. 11:00am (AEDT) - 'Request to Purchase' page will close at 11am (AEDT). You will not be able to participate in the priority release after once closed and members wishing to purchase after this period can purchase during public release.
5. Friday afternoon - Participants who have successfully submitted their request to purchase will be contacted by the Mambourin Sales Teams in order of registration and an (online or in person) appointment time will be made for Saturday 28 January 2023* (See note)
Contract Signing
On the release day, we encourage you arrive for an in- person appointment or virtual appointment 5 minutes before your designated appointment time. Appointments will run for 20 minutes and you will need to bring proof of ID (passport, driver’s license & Medicare card and VEVO if applicable). During the appointment, you will be required to select your chosen property, sign an unconditional contract of sale, and provide a deposit of $1,000 to secure the property.
*Please note, if we are unsuccessful in contacting you, we will endeavour to leave you a voicemail or SMS, however, you will lose your ‘Request to Purchase’ position and the team will contact the next prioritised customer. Once you return a call to the Sales Team you will resume priority ahead of the remaining customers who have not yet been contacted. Please see section 7 of the Release T&Cs for the details of our request to purchase priority sales sequence. To be eligible to purchase in the Sustain Release at Mambourin you must agree to the terms and conditions of the Request to Purchase page. These terms and conditions apply in addition to Frasers Property Australia’s Prosperity Loyalty Program terms and conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
