Frank Ramirez is a highly motivated Law

Enforcement Executive with more than 23 years of progressive leadership

experience in the criminal justice system.

Frank graduated from Stephen F Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and is currently

pursuing a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Lamar University.

He has also been fortunate enough to have

attended and completed all three phases of the Gallagher – Westfall Leadership and Mastering

Performance Series, along with completing over

6,530 training hours through Texas Commission on Law Enforcement.

Originally from Galveston, Texas, Frank moved to Port Arthur Texas in 1997 and began his career in law enforcement with the Port Arthur Police Department. During his tenure in Port Arthur,

Frank promoted or was appointed to every rank within the department, with the exception of Police Chief.

One of Frank’s strengths is building

partnerships with the community in order to

ensure that citizens are provided with the tools to make the community successful. Frank was assigned to the original community policing

concept for the Port Arthur Police Department.

Frank is obsessed with all things tech-related and spends much of his free time tinkering

with just about anything mechanical. He also enjoys watching sci-fi movies, fishing and squirrel rehabilitation.
