ANNOUNCEMENTS

Sixth Grade Parents:

Please join Mrs. Cruise and Ms. Floit on the evening of Tuesday, October 22nd, at 6:00 to learn about the transition from sixth grade to seventh grade, including the university model, academic advising and class selection, and Lower Division culture and expectations The meeting will take place in the 2nd floor lecture hall and will last around 90 minutes.

Building Committee Update:

Mr Joshua Hurt, CCIM, is our new Building Committee Chairman. Josh is the Director of Leasing for Highwoods Properties, Inc., the largest office landlord in Nashville.

• FCS has hired Ben Claybaker, CCIM, and Brandon Hoop, CCIM, of NAI Nashville Stanton Group to represent us as Realtors/Brokers

• FCS has toured 9 existing buildings since August 1, 2024, from Brentwood/Cool Springs to South Franklin. Three of those properties are being discussed for potential purchase.

• FCS and its realtors have reached out to 5 properties to discuss short term leasing options. Three of those properties are presently in consideration.

Skate Night was a hit!

Thank you to all who came out to skate and support our PTO!

Second Grade invited Dr Miller in to share the applesauce they made after their orchard visit, and then he read to the class for a few minutes.

Mr Moyer’s 5th/6th grade drama club students are having fun learning about acting!

Fourth grade presented the first classled Knight Crew of the year!

A surprise guest visited the Upper Division Drama class this week!
