Warranty Programs ESSENTIAL PROGRAM - NEW The Premium 2000+ ESSENTIAL Warranty Program provides protection for the core mechanical systems that keep your truck on the road and keep you earning.

These coverages include the engine, critical components (turbo, fuel pump, ECM, etc.), aftertreatment systems, transmission, and the rear differential. The ESSENTIAL Program is the most economical Premium 2000+ warranty program available. Not included in the ESSENTIAL Program is coverage for Progressive Damage or Wearout.

ELITE PROGRAM - NEW

BEST VALUE

The Premium 2000+ ELITE Warranty Program is designed for those who want enhanced coverage for their truck beyond core mechanical systems (engine, critical components, and aftertreatment). The ELITE Program offers expanded coverage for Progressive Damage and Wearout and a 12.5% higher Limits of Liability on engine repairs. Plus, it includes the new Premium 2000+ Rapid Repair Guarantee, and allows you to buy special warranty coverage and service options including the Comfort Package, Rental Truck Assistance, Used Reefer Unit, and Roadside Assistance.

SUPREME PROGRAM - NEW The Premium 2000+ SUPREME Warranty Program is the Best of the Best. It provides all the coverages of the ELITE Program, but with NO LIMITS OF LIABILITY OR LABOR RATE LIMITS. The SUPREME program also includes greater Progressive Damage coverage, an upgrade to Rapid Repair Guarantee Plus, and additional aftertreatment coverage.* Terms available: 90-Day, 6,12, 24, 36, 48-Months

ESSENTIAL Program: Internally lubricated hard parts limited to: Camshaft and Cam Bearings, Cam Followers, Connecting Rods, Connecting Rod Bearings, Connecting Rods Caps and Screws, Crankshaft, Hydraulic Lifters, Intake and Exhaust Valves, Intake and Exhaust Valve Guides, Main Bearings, Oil Cooler and Housing, Oil Pan, Oil Pump Pick Up Screen, Oil Pump Pressure Relief Springs and Valves, Pistons, Piston Rings and Piston Oil Cooling Jets, Pushrods, Rocker Arms and Rocker Arm Shafts, Thrust Washers, Timing Gears, Timing Gear Cover and Housing, Valve Cover, Valve Retainers and Keepers (Locks), Valve Springs, and Wrist Pins.

only be covered if the TSB D18M3 has been performed by a certified OEM repair shop.

Additional Coverage Options Comfort Package (Additional fee) - NEW

The Comfort Package covers components in the engine compartment that keep you comfortable in the cabin. It is available for an additional fee on both the ELITE and SUPREME Programs, and covers the following components: Charge Air Cooler, Radiator, Fan Clutch, Engine Air Compressor, Alternator, Starter, Fuel Tanks, Radio, HVAC Blower Motor, HVAC Temperature Control Head, HVAC Air Compressor, and HVAC Heater Core.

Progressive Damage - NEW EXPANDED COVERAGE

Progressive Damage coverage has been expanded on the ELITE and SUPREME Programs.

No Progressive Damage coverage is included in the ESSENTIAL program.

ELITE Warranty Program: Progressive Damage is when the failure of one component causes another component to fail. If the primary failure of a covered component causes another component(s) to fail, we will cover repairs to the other component(s) up to the Limits of Liability of the primary failed component. If coverage was purchased on both failed components, then the Limits of Liability for each failed component will apply. If the primary failure is to a component for which coverage was not available, Progressive Damage to any covered component will be covered up to that component’s Limits of Liability.

SUPREME Warranty Program: Under the SUPREME Program, the provisions of the ELITE Program apply with the exception that if the primary failure is to a component for which coverage was declined, Progressive Damage to a second component, for which coverage has been purchased, will be covered as if the second component had failed independently.

Rapid Repair Guarantee (included in ELITE and SUPREME Programs) - NEW

We are committed to keeping you on the road and earning a living. To back our commitment we are introducing an industry first: the Rapid Repair Guarantee. This program guarantees that after the claim approval is complete, our National Repair Network will have you on the road within 14 days of all diagnostics being completed and when all parts, a technician and a work bay are available to make the repair(s). If this repair time is not met, we will pay you, or the lien holder, half of your monthly truck payment, up to $750. If repairs require more than 30 days from the time work starts, we will pay you, or the lien holder, your total monthly truck payment, up to $1,500.

Rapid Repair Guarantee Plus (Additional fee) - NEW

The same conditions apply as the Rapid Repair Guarantee but the time to reach the 14 or 30+ repair days begins immediately after the claim is approved for repair by the Premium 2000+ claims team.

Rental Truck Assistance (Additional fee) - NEW

When being down just a day is unacceptable, take advantage of the Premium 2000+ Rental Truck Assistance Program. This program provides access to our fleet of quality rental trucks so you can keep moving. We offer 7-day and 14-day programs and you can use rental days as needed throughout your warranty term. The truck owner is responsible for mileage charges, proof of insurance, and security deposit.

Repair Center Locator – NEW

Easily find a repair center conveniently located near you when you need to service your vehicle.

Look up repair centers by city or zip code. More than 3,000 service centers who have handled Premium 2000+ repair claims are listed on our online locator map at Premium2000.com.

Roadside Assistance (Additional fee) - NEW

If you want added protection beyond the Premium 2000+ Towing Coverage, the Premium 2000+ Roadside Assistance Program is a must addition to keep you moving. It is available on both the ELITE and SUPREME Programs and provides the following services: Fuel/Oil/Water/Fluid Delivery Service, Jump Start, Lock-out/Replacement Key, Mobile Mechanic, Pull Start, Replacement Battery Delivery, Tire Repair, Tire Replacement, and Towing. Coverage begins 15 days after warranty start date.

Wearout - NEW EXPANDED COVERAGE

Similar to Progressive Damage, Premium 2000+ is expanding Wearout coverage on the ELITE and SUPREME Programs. Wearout is the inability of a component to perform as defined by the manufacturer due to repetitive action over time under normal operating conditions. A covered component will be deemed failed when Wearout exceeds manufacturer’s tolerances and will be covered up to the component’s limit of liability. No Progressive Damage coverage is included in the ESSENTIAL program.

ELITE and SUPREME Warranty Programs: A component will be deemed failed when Wearout exceeds manufacturer’s tolerances. If coverage for the component failing due to Wearout was purchased, then the Wearout failure will be covered up to the component’s Limits of Liability.

OTHER OPTIONAL COVERAGES: Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) Warranty (Additional fee)

Available for purchase on all Premium 2000+ Warranty Programs, the APU Program covers the following: Internally lubricated hard parts limited to Camshaft and Cam Bearings, Cam Followers, Connecting Rods, Connecting Rod Bearings, Constant Velocity Valve, Crankshaft, Hydraulic Lifters, Intake and Exhaust Valves and Guides, Injectors, Main Bearings, Oil Pan, Oil Pump Gears, Oil Pump Housing, Oil Pump Pick Up Screen, Oil Pump Pick Up Tube, Oil Pump Pressure Relief Springs and Valves, Pistons, Piston Rings, Piston Oil Cooling Jets, Push Rods, Rocker Arm Shafts, Rocker Arms, Thrust Washers, Timing Chain and Gears, Timing Chain Tensioners, Timing Gear Cover, Valve Cover, Valve Keepers (locks), Valve Retainers, Valve Springs, Wrist Pins, and Water Pump. Any Damage resulting from a seal leak or a blown head gasket is not covered.

Towing Benefit

Included on both the ELITE and SUPREME Programs, the Premium 2000+ Towing Benefit will reimburse you for towing expenses to the nearest Preferred Repair Network participant, an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) dealer, or ASE-certified repair facility, whichever is closest. Reimbursement is limited to $350 per occurrence and three occurrences per warranty period. The breakdown that caused the need for the tow must be covered by your Premium 2000+ warranty. No Towing Benefit is included in the ESSENTIAL Program. See contract for full details.

Used Reefer Unit Trailer Warranty (Additional fee)

To avoid unplanned failure costs and service delays due to a failure of your used reefer unit, invest in the Premium 2000+ Reefer Trailer Warranty. Components covered include: Compressor, Condenser Coil, Engine, Engine Gears, Evaporator Coil, Injectors, Injector Pump, Microprocessor (control board), and Oil Pump.
