BRANDING GUIDLINES TAGLINE Homes that build communities and futures

WHO WE ARE LaunchPad is a housing project that is for young independent adults, ready for a new start in modern and inspired accomodation. It is here to help people break out of student rentals, supported housing or overpriced accomodation. LaunchPad is brought to you by innovative collaborators, 1625 Independent People, University of Bristol Students Union and United Communities. We aim to bring people together, help increase diversity in communities and build wellbeing for the best start in life.

INTRODUCTION TO BRANDING The branding is a collaborative work between the three key organisations. Orange features in all three organisations’ branding. The colour denotes values of enthusiasm, fascination, happiness, creativity, determination amongst others; symbiotic with LaunchPad values. We aim to present a brand that is young, clean, innovative, on trend and professional to mirror the service as a whole.

VALUES The marketing and design of LaunchPad should reflect the following values: Integration, wellbeing, innovation, home, aspiration, diversity, community, equality, ethical, good quality design.

VOICE, DICTION & TONE Upbeat and friendly with a sense of purpose and professionalism.
