It is my honor to serve as a deacon. I have been a Covenant Partner at First Presbyterian since 1995. My husband Fritz (deceased) and I have two married children, Matt (Ashley) and Christina (Brandon). We have five wonderful grandchildren. My service at First Pres. has been so joyful from teaching Sunday school, singing in the choir, Bible studies and a variety of positions in Women of the Church including president. I have loved my previous years as a deacon including Moderator. I am looking forward to Monday night dinners and meetings, visiting our Covenant Partners and spending time with other deacons. We are a blessed congregation! I was a teacher in middle school at Alamo Heights for 23 years and love my retirement! My hobbies range from reading, travel, bridge, civic groups but especially spending time with grandchildren!
