Inspired to make a difference in residential real estate, Giulietta and John executed a strategic plan in 2011, merging their respective business talents, knowledge and vision to redefine service in real estate. Since beginning her real estate career in the late 1980s in Sydney, Australia, Giulietta set herself apart by pursuing the goal of complete customer satisfaction with unwavering persistence and tenacity, whether following up on every lead, negotiating and researching, or keeping a sale on track. She immigrated to South Orange County in 1992 and quickly became one of the area’s top real estate agents, though earning respect as an ethical, reliable and conscientious individual has always been more important to her. With a passion for providing outstanding results, Giulietta enjoys creating digital and traditional marketing strategies, researching available properties, and sharing the insights gained from her diverse experience in Residential Resale, New Home Sales, Relocation, Investment Properties and Short Sales.
Real estate was common ground for Giulietta and John when they first met, as he had 38 years of experience in custom home building and development, plus a degree from USC with an emphasis on finance and real estate. Having built and sold numerous ‘spec’ homes along the coast he knows what defines an exceptional property— both aesthetically and structurally. This places buyers and sellers working with this team in an enviable position, as it allows for an intelligent preparation for the sales process and the negotiations for repairs, along with a skilled, in-depth analysis of the physical condition of specific properties. Passionate about people and property, John’s ability to quickly see details that others might miss consistently makes for a measurable difference.
