All Girls Can Be
Dear Foxcroft School Community,
As the incoming Chair of the Board of Trustees and a proud alumna, I’m honored to be part of this vibrant and inspiring community. I’ve long believed in the impact of all-girls education, shaped by my own experience and by the stories shared across generations. It’s always moving to see alumnae returning and inspiring students during our annual Reunion, and I know that energy will carry into the new school year.
This past year reaffirmed that our girls can be scholars, artists, athletes, scientists, writers, leaders, and changemakers, often all at once. Foxcroft remains a place where young women build new skills, form friendships, and discover their unique voices, as Miss Charlotte envisioned.

Thank you to Natalie James Wiltshire ’95 for her devoted leadership over the past two years. Additionally, please join me in warmly welcoming our new Head of School, Dr. Lisa Kaenzig. With her vision and enthusiasm, I’m excited for the journey ahead and know we are in great hands.
Thank you all for your pride, generosity, and dedication. Let’s continue showing every girl that there are no limits to who she can be.
With gratitude,

Elizabeth Lester ’88 Chair, Board of Trustees
Dear Friends of Foxcroft,
Happy new academic year from the Office of Institutional Advancement! We're so grateful to have connected with you over the 2024–2025 school year as our community celebrated “All Girls Can Be.”
This past year featured four in-house horse shows, a Varsity Tennis conference championship win, and wonderful Fine Arts showcases, all of which strengthened our community and connection. The Mars STEAM Building is steadily taking shape, with completion anticipated by the end of 2025.

During Reunion 2025, we welcomed 166 alumnae and their families to campus and celebrated the Class of 2025, our newest alumnae, and all that they accomplished. All of this was made possible through the support of our community.
Your gifts to The Foxcroft Circle, our endowment, the Building for Our Future campaign, and special projects support every aspect of our students’ experiences. Our girls see all they can be because of you and your belief in our School. We cannot thank you enough, and hope that as we move forward, you will continue to stay connected, share our stories, and help our incredible School and students thrive.
With gratitude,
Hayley Munroe Director of Institutional Advancement

From Founding Days in October to Family Giving over the holidays, to Reunion Weekend and more, Foxcroft’s community showed its continued love of our School, its students, families, faculty, and staff. Your support helped to shape our girls’ experiences from the day the new girls arrived through Commencement and beyond.

Together, our milestone Reunion alumnae made gifts totaling $103,425 towards The Foxcroft Circle!
In honor of their 50th Reunion, the Class of 1975 raised $25,410 for The Foxcroft Circle.
We are so grateful to all of the Class Representatives and Reunion Co-Chairs! Their leadership, encouragement, and competitive spirit encouraged great participation from our Foxcroft alumnae community. We’re looking forward to continuing this work this coming year!
Reunion Giving Awards recognize classes with the highest participation in The Foxcroft Circle or special class projects through Reunion weekend, and also celebrate our alumnae’s dedication to Foxcroft.

Foxcroft launched the $65 million Building for Our Future campaign in 2022, with four planned phases. These additions and renovations will support teaching girls the way they learn best through state-of-the-art learning spaces and increased collaboration across disciplines.

This fiscal year, we raised toward the campaign, bringing our total to $3,093,426 $33,037,950.
December 2024
Foundations poured after receiving the official building permit
January 2025
With the Music Building finished and the Mars STEAM Building nearly complete, we are focusing our attention on the Ruth T. Bedford 1932 Performing Arts Center and renovating Schoolhouse. The Arts Center will connect with the Mars STEAM Building to further strengthen collaboration across STEAM disciplines, and Schoolhouse will receive improvements to carry it forward for future generations of Foxcroft students.

March 2025
Completed rough-ins; installed steel joists and floor decking
Through our community's incredibly generous support, we have raised $33,037,950 as of August 2025, and have $31,962,050 to go.
We are especially proud to share that, so far, we have received five multigenerational gifts! Four of the $1 million or larger gifts have been given by women who are 40 or younger.
“As I have gotten older, I have learned that many of my girlfriends were not encouraged by either their families or schools to pursue studies or careers in math or science. I was fortunate to have a father and a school that embraced, encouraged, and fostered that in me. Foxcroft is that school. It has taken a leadership role in educating girls in STEAM. Our donation reflects our commitment to and belief in Foxcroft’s continued support of girls in this area.”

May 2025
Started framing; continued electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work

June 2025
Finished exterior sheathing; began interior drywall installation
“What inspired me to give to the STEAM Building, and Foxcroft in general, is because what I learned in chemistry, biology, and algebra helped me not only pass, but ace my college courses. STEAM is so important for girls, and at Foxcroft they can learn without judgment or distractions.”

Looking Ahead
Dear Foxcroft School Community,
From my first walk around campus, I was struck by the strength, spirit, and friendship that define this extraordinary School. Foxcroft is more than an education. It is a foundation of leadership, legacy, and individual voices.
I am so honored to join this community shaped by Miss Charlotte’s vision and her belief in traditions that celebrate the limitless potential of young women. Her mission lives on and guides our students, faculty, and alumnae each day.
This year, let us move forward together with understanding, encouragement, and the courage to dream big. We will all strive together to uphold all that makes Foxcroft special while preparing our girls to be unique leaders in a complex world.
Thank you for being a part of this community. I am so excited to walk beside you as we write Foxcroft’s next chapter, rooted in tradition, and reaching toward possibility.
With gratitude and anticipation,

Dr. Lisa Kaenzig Head of School
22407 FOXHOUND LANE
Thank you, thank you for continuing the Foxcroft School legacy, and helping our girls explore all they can be. You are a central part of our community, and we appreciate you!
