Members may pick up complimentary tickets from May 1 through May 21 at the Membership Services Desk. A valid membership card or driver’s license is required.

MEMBERS LOUNGE - MEMBERS ONLY The Members Lounge restaurant, pub and patio will be open for members and their accompanied guests during the week of the tournament! Guests are welcome, but may be limited depending on availability.

SECURITY • No backpacks or large bags on course.

• Restricted cell phone and other electronic device usage; devices must be on silent at all times.

• Members must present their Membership Card to gain access into Four Seasons Golf and Sports Club, Resort and Pool areas. Members will be allowed two guests, associated with their member ship card, into these areas. Members will be subject to appropriate member guest fees.

• Proper credentials and or tickets are necessary to obtain entry into the AT&T Byron Nelson.

• Personal golf carts are not permitted on TPC or on Four Seasons Resort and Club grounds during tournament week. (Monday, May 15 through Sunday, May 21).

• Follow posted guidelines regarding alcohol consumption.

KIDS FOR ALL SEASONS Kids Club will not be available Monday, May 15 through Sunday, May 21.

MEMBER PARKING

Four Seasons Golf and Sports Club parking lot will be inaccessible from Monday, May 15 through Sunday, May 21. No self-parking will be available on Resort grounds from Tuesday, May 16 – Sunday May 21.

Please utilize the following alternatives: MONDAY, MAY 15 AND TUESDAY, MAY 16 Complimentary self-parking in the Resort garage all day.

TUESDAY, MAY 16 THROUGH SUNDAY, MAY 21 5:00 A.M. – 9:00 A.M. complimentary valet parking at the Resort. Member vehicles left in valet parking after 9:00 a.m. will be subject to daily parking rate.

(Rate is subject to availability.) Need member sticker.

Self parking is not available.

TUESDAY, MAY 17 THROUGH SUNDAY, MAY 21 (AFTER 9:30 A.M.) 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (or one hour after tournament play ends) Members will be required to park at Northlake College. Complimentary shuttle services will run every 15 minutes. Enter Northlake at MacArthur or Walnut Hill entrance. Parking will be on the West side of the campus. Members will be dropped off at the Resort ballroom valet.

AFTER 7:00 P.M. (or one hour after tournament play ends), Members arriving to access Four Seasons Golf and Sports Club or other Resort outlets will be required to valet park. Valet parking will be complimentary, however vehicles left after hours will be assessed the nightly rate of $29.00.

REMINDER: Club members utilizing valet services or parking at Northlake College MUST have a Four Seasons Golf and Sports Club parking decal and membership card. No self-parking will be available on Resort Grounds from Wednesday, May 17 through Sunday, May 21. *Complimentary valet for members with personal training and/or private tennis lessons from Tuesday, May 17 through Sunday, May 21.

LOCKER ROOMS During the week of the tournament, the Men’s Golf Locker Room and the Ladies’ Locker Room will be used entirely

by PGA TOUR players and the Salesmanship Club of Dallas. Members who have permanent lockers in the Men’s Golf Locker Room areas D1-D32, E16-E47, F1-F29, K1-K73, L1-L47 and M1-M33 are asked to remove all belongings

by Friday, May 12. Any articles left in these lockers will be stored until the tournament is over. Ladies are welcome to store their items in their permanent lockers, however they will not have access to them during tournament week. All new permanent locker requests made from May 4 through May 3 1 will not be completed until May 31.

The Men’s Fitness Locker Room and Spa Locker Rooms will remain open for member use during Club hours of operation.

GOLF COURSES TPC Course will have limited availability beginning Monday, May 8 through Saturday, May 13, and no availability from Sunday, May 14 through Sunday, May 21.

CWV CWV will be open during tournament week for members and hotel guests. Standard tee time access applies.

Golf Bag Drop Off Bag drop off will be available at the CWV gate located on MacArthur Boulevard. Parking will be available at Northlake College with shuttles running every 15 minutes. Members will be dropped off at the Resort, and may then proceed to CWV. Club Storage Club storage will be used exclusively by PGA Tour players the week of the tournament. Members with golf clubs in storage will need to remove them by Saturday, May 13.

There is no alternative storage and clubs cannot be accessed during tournament week.

TENNIS COURTS Unavailable Tennis Courts Courts 10 & 11 (May 6 through June 14) Indoor Court 2 (May 5 through May 28) Indoor Court 4 (May 13 through May 26) Complimentary Indoor Court Fees May 15 through May 21.

Alternative Tennis Facilities Alternative tennis facilities are available for Golf and Tennis members during the tournament. Please call the Tennis Reception Desk for reservations at 972.717.2540.

FITNESS FACILITY Group Exercise Classes A modified schedule of classes will take place during tournament week. Please reference the May Group Ex schedule for more details.

Alternative Facilities The fitness center is available during normal hours: Monday through Friday: 5:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday: 6:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

For more information on alternative workout facilities, please contact the Fitness Desk at 972.717.2560 Resort Pool Four Seasons Golf and Sports Club members and a maximum of two accompanied guests are welcome to access the Resort Pool from 11:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., based on availability. The guest fee for the Resort Pool is $10 per person and must be purchased at the Membership Services Desk.
