The Team Claire is Managing Director and Co Founder at Four and has over 15 years recruitment experience. Claire focusses on getting to know businesses across the North West and understanding their growth strategy in order to find them the best talent. She has an extensive network both in the exec and advisory world and is well positioned to advise and make relevant introductions.

With over ten years of specialist recruitment, Neil is adept at recruiting executive roles across Greater Manchester and Lancashire. He has extensive experience across multiple sectors and has worked with businesses from SME to FTSE 100.
