YEAR-END CONTRIBUTIONS IRS regulations require that checks that are placed in the offering after December 31, 2015 will not qualify as a charitable contribution deduction for 2015, even if the check is postdated to 2015 or was actually written in 2015. However, checks that are written, mailed and postmarked in 2015 will be deductible in 2015, even if the church does not receive them until 2016.

SPEAKING THE TRUTH IN LOVE CONFERENCE January 29-31, 2016 at Founders Baptist Church and registration is required.

Our theme for this year’s conference is “Gender, Marriage, and Sexuality.” This conference is to equip Christians to know how to apply the gospel on issues of biblical sexual ethics and gender, and to explore what the gospel means for the future of marriage, gender, and sexual identity.
