RECEPTION FOR CANDY LARTIGUE Tonight, immediately following the evening worship service, there will be a reception for Candy Lartigue. Candy is retiring after 24 years as Director of Childhood Ministries at Founders. We thank her for her faithful service to this ministry. There will be a photo memory book in the foyer, so please stop by before or after the service to sign it.

MEN’S DISCIPLESHIP Will not meet due to the Christmas holiday. Meetings will resume on Wednesday, January 9th at 6:30am in the TES classroom.

ADDITIONAL ELDERS Please pray about your participation in the January 6th, 2019 affirmation of additional elders. We have the opportunity to affirm the proposal of Joe Jones, Jeremy Loftin, CJ Malott, and Gerardo Ortiz. If you have questions, please ask one of the elders.

YEAR-END CONTRIBUTIONS IRS regulations require that checks that are placed in the offering after December 31, 2018 will not qualify as a charitable contribution deduction for 2018, even if the check is dated to 2018 or was actually written in 2018. However, checks that are written, mailed, and postmarked in 2018 will be deductible in 2018, even if the church does not receive them until 2019.
