FEMALE ENTREPRENEURSHIP by M&M Profuture Training
About us Foster Social Inclusion is a project that aims to improve adult educators’ skills through learning about effective methodologies and approaches for people at risk of social exclusion.
The project partners share 7 training modules about the ways to increase the social inclusion of people at risk of social exclusion. The focus is on people such as migrants, refugees, low-skilled and low-qualified, people with particular health-related conditions, female and gender-related discrimination.
Training module This women entrepreneurship training module has been developed in order to enhance the capacities and performance of women to become successful entrepreneurs. Therefore, the focus of the present module is the development of entrepreneurial competencies and related soft skills.
GENERAL TARGET AUDIENCE migrants, refugees, health-related conditions, low-skilled and lowqualified, female and gender-related discrimination SPECIFIC TARGET AUDIENCE Unemployed women at risk of social exclusion and / or workers with concerns about the materialization of their entrepreneurial project. THE TRAINING IS TO DEVELOP KEY SKILLS - Increase self-esteem and self-motivation. - Increased gender awareness in professional practice. - Direct learning experience about creating a business plan. - Reinforcement of their entrepreneurial skills and professional profiles. - Development of teamwork and collaboration skills, new information analysis and management, problem-solving, organizational techniques, and critical thinking. - Enhanced entrepreneurial skills.
MAIN GOAL: To enhance the economic opportunities for women starting, formalizing, or growing their businesses. In other words: training better, stronger, and more confident female business entrepreneurs.
Methodology The sessions combine experts’ master classes with transformational activities aiming to unlock participants' potential. By developing their entrepreneurial skills, women will transform their weaknesses into strengths and will become more capable to take advantage of the opportunities that may arise. During the different workshops, success stories of entrepreneurial experiences starring women will be introduced to the participants as a source of inspiration.
