Since the commencement of construction in July 2020, Union Square has rapidly taken shape. Off the back of breathtaking tenant demand, over 14,500sqm of construction has been completed, including 10,000sqm of premium office space across the first two office towers, together with a 327-bay car parking building.

Embodying the commitment to ‘Experience Better’, the forward-thinking design principles behind Union Square are focused on productivity, sustainability, and livability. This is what ‘good’ looks like.

Every aspect is tailored to meet our tenants’ current needs and their future goals, starting with a robust structure that includes steel frames, seismic-resistant concrete flooring, and prefabricated facades. High-performance louvers and aluminum cladding increase energy efficiency by leveraging natural temperature cycles, reducing the need for heating and cooling and thus lowering operational costs.
