Children: Most Children’s shows have a recommended age suitability.

At the management’s discretion we may offer £3 Babes in Arms tickets for children under 12 months for shows which are suitable for families. Any child over 12 months will require a seat ticket. The Millfield Theatre apologises but we will not offer any ticket to children under 3 for all other shows.

Please check show information for any restrictions and recommendations.

Latecomers: Latecomers will be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance before taking their seats. In some cases this may be the interval.

Access: We have a Sennheiser infra-red system for hearing impaired patrons. Receivers which tune to your hearing aid can be collected from Box Office.

If your hearing aid does not have a T setting, we cannot provide any support.

The auditorium can accommodate four wheelchairs. All theatre facilities are accessible to wheelchair users.

We welcome guide dogs and hearing dogs.
