Keep checking the Madigan and JBLM Facebook and Twitter pages for the most current information regarding potential delays or closures.
We do not follow the same operational curtailment guidance as JBLM or McChord Field due to our 24/7 patient care mission.
We will notify you through social media, the Madigan website and automated phone calls if your scheduled appointment will be affected due to the weather. Unless you are notified otherwise, consider your appointment still booked.
If there is an authorized curtailment for Madigan, you will be notified (whether by social media, E-Notify , email, Madigan website, and the Madigan Weather Hotline). If you are NOT notified, consider us business as usual and report for duty at your scheduled time and place, OR make arrangements with your immediate supervisors.
Unless we notify you otherwise, all clinics and departments at Madigan will remain open during the normal hours of operation or special hours during the holidays.
In the event there is an authorized curtailment, all essential personnel must still report to work; check with your immediate supervisor to determine if you are mission essential or non-essential.
