His studies and culinary experiences continued through New Orleans, Baton Rouge and onto Atlanta. For the next few years, Chef Kern contracted himself as an executive chef to many hotels and country clubs throughout Atlanta, Florida and the Carolinas. In 1988, Chef Kern began his full-service catering and hospitality company. Chef Kern’s specialties include Cajun, French, Italian, Southwestern, Mediterranean and Classic Southern Cuisines. Chef Kern Chiasson applies creative, fresh ideas and knowledge to his defined style of seasoning, always committed to providing the freshest and healthiest food available.

Fine Foods Division In 2009, Chef Kern opened his store specializing in fresh salads, dressings, entrees, desserts and freshly frozen gumbos, soups and entrees. Our healthy, tasty and original meals are designed for families with convenience in mind, packaged for quick and easy pickup. We have many gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options. In 2016 Chef Kern’s launched a commercial division of our fine foods, to provide the Military with healthy meal options and for wholesale distribution.
PureWild Seafood Company In June of 2017, Chef Kern’s is launching his domestic seafood company, offering wild caught shrimp, blue crab, catfish and crawfish.
