Community Park Wi-Fi Project: (see attachment)

Free public Wi-Fi has been installed and is now live at 2 of the 4 locations. Signage is now posted at these locations to let citizens know it's available.

The 3rd location (new soccer pavilion) has just received its equipment, and we will be working with facilities to install it over the next week or so.

The final location is the baseball fields This requires additional testing before it can be opened to the public. We expect the hardware back from our vendor in the coming weeks. This is on track to finish by EOY.

Nutanix – Infrastructure Refresh Project:

IT upgraded/refreshed 9+ year-old equipment (with no support or warranty) throughout both City Hall and PD data centers.

IT has successfully moved 70+ servers and worked countless hours migrating all data over to this new supported hardware

We have seen an increase in reliability and speed, along with a drop in outages/support calls, as a result. In addition, establishing these upgrades has enabled disaster recovery/failover between the two data centers, resulting in more uptime in the long term.
