You must be very careful and double check if you have attached all the documents, before submitting your form to USCIS. Make sure you don’t send any original documents unless specifically requested in the instructions or applicable regulations. Provide only photocopies of supporting documents. If you submit any documents in a foreign language, you must include a full English translation along with a certification from the translator verifying: The translation is complete and accurate, The attached documents are competent to translate from the foreign language to English, Translator’s contact phone number and email, and Translator’s signature and date of signature The table below lists all the supporting documents, you must attach with your Form I-751. Any credible evidence relevant to such abuse. The determination of what evidence is credible and the weight to be given is within the sole discretion of USCIS.
