Il trasportatore a coclea mod. CA della CAREDI è un macchinario per il trasporto di materiale sfuso con portata medio-bassa.

CAREDI’s screw conveyor CA model is a machine which is used for transporting bulk material with a medium-low flow rate.

Il suo punto di forza è la semplicità, esso infatti è costituita da una spira elicoidale, in acciaio al carbonio, inox o ad alta resistenza all’abrasione, saldata nel suo diametro interno sull’albero motore. Ad una estremità è presente un supporto flangiato e all’opposta è applicato il motoriduttore, ad albero cavo, che può essere ad assi paralleli o perpendicolari. La macchina può essere dotata di sensori controlla giri e anti intasamento.

Its strong point is its simplicity. It consists, in fact, of a helical coil, constructed out of carbon steel, stainless or high abrasion resistance steel, welded in its internal diameter onto the drive shaft. Usually at one end there is a flanged support, and at the opposite end there is a gearmotor which can be fitted parallel or perpendicular to the hollow shaft.

The machine can be equipped with revolution and anti-clogging control sensors.

Il moto rotatorio garantisce l’avanzamento del prodotto che riceve la spinta dalll’elica della spira stessa. Il passo della spira viene scelto in base al tipo di materiale da trasportare. A seconda dell’impiego la spira può essere costante o a passo variabile.

L’elica inoltre può essere sinistrorsa o destrorsa a seconda della direzione di trasporto (esiste anche la soluzione con l’alimentazione intermedia del materiale che prevede la coesistenza dei due casi).

L’organo di comando è costituito da un motoriduttore, situato su un’estremità della macchina, che trasmette il moto all’albero motore direttamente o mediante una trasmissione a pignoni e catena o a cinghie e pulegge. L’ingresso del materiale da trasportare avviene nella parte superiore del trasportatore a coclea, ed è solitamente garantita da una bocca di carico atta a ricevere il materiale e convogliarlo all’interno del trasportatore. Lo scarico del materiale avviene per gravità o per spinta attraverso le bocche di scarico situate nella parte inferiore della macchina. Nel caso di due o più uscite sarà necessario l’impiego di serrande per la gestione delle utenze finali.

The rotatory motion ensures that the product is pushed forwards by the propeller of the coil itself. The pitch of the coil is chosen according to the type of material to be transported. Depending on use, the coil can have a constant or variable pitch. The helical also can be left or right depending on the direction of transport (there is also the solution with the intermediate supply of material that allows for the coexistence of the two cases). The control element comprises a gearmotor, generally located on one end of the machine, which transmits the movement to the drive shaft directly or by means of a sprocket and chain transmission or a belt and pulleys.

The material to be transported is introduced in the upper part of the screw conveyor usually by a loading hopper designed to receive the material and direct it inside the conveyor. The material is unloaded by gravity or by pushing through the offloading spouts that are located in the lower part of the machine. Gates are then used to manage the end uses in the event that there are two or more outlets.

La coclea piò essere configurata in base all’impiego a cui è destinata (trasportatrice, estrattrice, miscelatrice) e può avere uno o più assi (singola, doppia, quadrupla) e più casse longitudinali (con supporti intermedi).

The screw can be configured on the basis of the use for which it is intended (conveyor, extraction, mixing) and may have one or more axle (single, double, quadruple) and longitudinal housings (with intermediate supports).

CAREDI’s rotating distributor DGC model is a machine which is widely used on plants that process bulk materials. The machine is ideal for sorting the product in multiple directions.

Il macchinario è costituito essenzialmente da un tubo rotante, azionato da un motoriduttore, che si posiziona in corrispondenza dello scarico desiderato con l’ausilio di finecorsa di precisione.

Il motoriduttore è a velocità variabile (inverter) e monta un motore autofrenante. L’alimentazione del materiale avviene nella parte superiore della macchina ed è garantita da una bocca di carico atta a ricevere il materiale e convogliarlo all’interno del distributore.

L’espulsione del materiale avviene tramite le bocche di scarico situate nella parte inferiore della macchina. La tenuta è garantita da una guarnizione a pattino interposta fra il tubo e lo scarico e che agisce tramite un sistema elettropneumatico quando il tubo si trova nella posizione di uscita selezionata.

It essentially consists of a rotary tube, operated by a gearmotor, which is positioned in line with the desired discharge with the help of precision limit switches.

The gearmotor is variable speed (inverter) and is fitted with a self-braking motor. The material to be transported is introduced in the upper part of the machine usually by a loading hopper designed to receive the material and direct it inside the distributor.

The material is unloaded by the offloading spouts that are located in the lower part of the machine.

The seal is ensured by a slide gasket fitted between the tube and the outlet and which acts via an electropneumatic system when the tube is in the selected output position.

L’elevatore a tazze mod. ECA della CAREDI è un macchinario adatto al trasporto di materiali sfusi in verticale, con portata variabile da bassa ad elevata, a seconda del modello.

CAREDI’s bucket elevator ECA model is a machine suitable for the transport of loose materials vertically, with a variable flow rate from low to high, depending on the model.

La motorizzazione varia in funzione alla portata e all’altezza di scarico ma in tutti i casi il motore è dotato di antiretro per evitare ingolfamenti durante le fermate improvvise ad elevatore carico.

Il trasportatore è composto da un piede e da una testa collegati attraverso delle canne bullonabili di apposita sezione.

The motor varies according to the scope and the unloading height, in all cases the engine is equipped with backstop to prevent clogging during sudden stops toa lift the load. The conveyor is composed of a foot and a head connected through the suitably sized chutes that are bolted on.

All’interno degli elementi scorre un nastro, completo di tazze, che viene guidato da due pulegge: la puleggia di traino (rivestita in gomma) si trova sulla testa e prende il comando da un motoriduttore ad assi ortogonali ad albero cavo; la puleggia di rinvio (eseguita a gabbia) è all’interno del piede, che può essere dotato su richiesta di sensori controllagiri e antisbandamento (c’è anche la versione autopulente per ridurre al minimo l’inquinamento). Nella testa è presente un sistema di tiraggio per l’allineamento della puleggia indipendentemente dalla carpenteria; il piede invece è dotato di un sistema di fissaggio a viti per il tensionamento del nastro. Le tazze sono di varie dimensioni e materiali, in base al materiale da trasportare, e alla portata richiesta. La prima canna dispone di uno sportello per l’ispezione ed eventuale manutenzione, le altre canne possono essere dotate di pannello antiscoppio.

A belt runs inside the structure, complete with buckets, which is driven by two pulleys. The tow pulley (coated in rubber) is located on the head and is controlled by a gearmotor at right angles to the hollow shaft. The idler pulley (formed by a cage) is on the inside of the foot which can be equipped with revolution sensors and a lane guard system on request (there is also the self-cleaning version to minimise pollution). The head is fitted with a pull system for the pulley alignment regardless of carpentry. The foot is provided with a screw fixing system for tensioning the belt. The buckets come in various sizes and materials, depending on the material to be transported, and the flow rate required. The first chute has a spy hole for inspection and any necessary maintenance, the other chutes may be equipped with an overpressure safety panel.

CAREDI’s blade extractor EPC model is a machine which is widely used on plants for processing materials that are difficult to handle, facilitating their unloading from the containers.

È costituito da una cassa dove all’interno ruota una girante a pale azionata da un motoriduttore (flangiato sul fondo della macchina), che muove il prodotto all’interno del contenitore e lo sposta verso l’esterno, dove sono presenti uno o due scarichi opposti regolati da bandinelle regolabili manualmente o pneumaticamente per lo scarico del prodotto.

It consists of a housing containing a blade impeller that rotates as driven by a gearmotor (flanged on the bottom of the machine), which moves the product inside the container and moves it outwards, where there are one or two opposites drains regulated by manually or pneumatically adjustable bands for product discharge.

Il sistema di microdosaggio della CAREDI viene utilizzato per il dosaggio molto accurato di microcomponenti quali vitamine o integratori.

CAREDI’s micro-dosing system is used for very accurate dosing of micro-components such as vitamins or supplements.

Il sistema è composto da due coclee tubolari le quali dosano il prodotto fino a raggiungere la quantità desiderata. La coclea maggiore ha la funzione di dosare la parte “grossa” del quantitativo desiderato, mentre la coclea più piccola ha il compito di rifinire il dosaggio aggiungendo le piccole quantità per raggiungere il quantitativo richiesto con la massima precisione. I componenti sono proporzionati uno ad uno e vengono poi trasportati alla lavorazione successiva.

The system is composed of two tubular augers which dose the product until the desired amount is reached. The larger auger has the function of dosing the “big” part of the desired quantity, while the smaller auger has the task of finishing the dosage by adding small amounts until the required quantity is reached with the maximum precision. The components are proportionate to one another and are then transported for subsequent processing.

Il miscelatore orizzontale mod. MOV della CAREDI è una macchina essenzialmente indicata per la preparazione dei mangimi bilanciati con presenza di molti componenti anche di diverso peso specifico.

CAREDI’s horizontal mixer MOV model is a machine which is essentially indicated for the preparation of balanced feed with the presence of many components also of different specific weights.

Il materiale da miscelare viene introdotto nella cassa del miscelatore al cui interno trovano sede gli agitatori (pale-vomeri-eliche) che imprimono forzatamente al prodotto un movimento rotatorio, oltre ad un movimento interno contrario alla massa esterna che produce dopo un tempo prestabilito la voluta miscelazione.

Massima precisione di miscelazione e scarico completo grazie al corretto posizionamento delle pale.

Prevenzione della contaminazione grazie al tipo di serranda di scarico e relativa guarnizione di tenuta.

Questa macchina è predisposta per l’applicazione di un kit per l’iniezione dei liquidi, molto utile nella fabbricazione di mangimi e pet-food; può essere equipaggiata con contenitori di pre-carico e scarico per velocizzare i cicli di produzione. Inoltre è disponibile un sistema di aspirazione con filtro e un sistema di riciclo d’aria.

Il miscelatore è disponibile in tre diverse misure: 1000 litri, 2000 litri, 4000 litri.

The material to be mixed is introduced into the mixer housing which contain the agitators (blades-plowshares-helicals), which force the product into a rotary movement in addition to an internal movement contrary to the external mass that produces the desired mixing after a predetermined time.

Maximum precision mixing and complete discharge system thanks to the correct positioning of the blades. Prevention of contamination thanks to the type of discharge gate and its seal.

This machine is designed for use with a fluid injection kit, which is commonly used in the manufacture of animal feed and pet-food. It can be equipped with pre-loading and unloading containers in order to speed up the production cycles.

A suction system with filter and an air recycling system is also available.

The horizontal mixer is available in three different sizes: 1000, 2000 and 4000 litres.

Il raffreddatore verticale mod. RTC della CAREDI è una macchina che trova impiego su impianti che trattano la lavorazione di pellet sfusi.

CAREDI’s vertical cooler RTC model is a machine which is used in plants that process pellets in bulk.

Il pellet caldo viene immesso nella cassa del raffreddatore attraverso l’alimentatore rotante, l’aria fredda entra nella cassa attraverso la griglia del gruppo d’estrazione e raffredda il pellet. Il flusso di aria raffreddante che si crea dal basso verso l’alto è dato dall’azione di un ventilatore collegato alla cappa d’aspirazione.

La cassa del raffreddatore è corredata di due sonde di livello, gli indicatori di livello minimo e massimo.

L’indicatore di livello minimo mantiene lo strato del pellet nel contenitore ad un livello costante ed è regolabile in altezza per un’escursione che varia a seconda del modello di macchina del tipo di prodotto da raffreddare; quando l’indicatore viene coperto dal pellet la griglia mobile comandata dal motoriduttore si avvia. L’indicatore di massimo livello montato nella parte superiore della cassa serve per fermare l’affluire del prodotto nel contenitore nel caso si verifichi un guasto o una errata regolazione della griglia regolabile, impedendo l’eccessivo riempimento. Per dividere più equamente il carico del pellet in tutta l’area del raffreddatore, viene montato sotto lo scarico dell’alimentatore rotante un distributore a forma piramidale di diverse dimensioni, a seconda del modello.

The hot pellet enters into the cooler housing through the rotary feeder, the cold air enters the housing through the extractor grill and cools the pellet. A fan connected to the suction hood supplies the flow of cooling air from the bottom up.

The cooler housing is fitted with two level probes, the minimum level indicator and the maximum level indicator. The minimum level indicator maintains the pellet layer in the container at a constant level. This indicator is height adjustable for variable operations depending on the machine model and the type of product to be cooled. When the indicator is covered with pellet, the mobile grill is started by the gearmotor.

The maximum level indicator mounted on the upper part of the housing stops the product from flowing into the container in the event of a failure or incorrect adjustment of the adjustable grill, preventing excessive filling. In order to distribute the pellet load more evenly throughout the entire cooler areas, a pyramidal shape distributor of varying dimensions depending on the model is mounted below the outlet of the rotary feeder.

La selezionatrice centrifuga mod. SEC della CAREDI è una macchina appartenente alla categoria dei separatori e trova largo impiego su impianti che trattano la lavorazione di materiali sfusi (es. molini, mangimifici, oleifici, etc.).

CAREDI’s centrifugal separator SEC model belonging to the separators category that is widely used in plants processing bulk materials (e.g. mills, feed mills, oil mills, etc.).

È ideale per la separazione di corpi estranei da prodotti sfusi in farina; l’elemento di separazione è costituito da una girante a lame seghettate ed inclinate, solitamente in acciaio, montate alla periferia della girante, che permettono ai corpi estranei (scarto) di avanzare verso lo scarico di testa, mentre il prodotto passando attraverso un vaglio circolare in lamiera forata è scaricato nella tramoggia centrale. È ideale l’utilizzo a monte della macinazione fine per la separazione della farina o del materiale proveniente dalla pre-rottura di dimensione già adeguata che altrimenti limiterebbe la capacità del molino.

La portata della macchina varia a seconda del materiale da lavorare. L’alimentazione del materiale avviene forzatamente attraverso una coclea all’interno del vaglio. L’espulsione del prodotto avviene nella tramoggia centrale, mentre lo scarto avanza nella seconda tramoggia in testa alla macchina.

La selezionatrice centrifuga è disponibile nelle versioni singola e doppia, in relazione alla portata che il cliente desidera o necessita di avere.

The centrifugal separator is ideal for the separation of foreign bodies from the loose products in the flour; the separation element consists of an impeller with serrated and inclined blades, usually made of steel, mounted on the periphery of the impeller, which allow foreign bodies (discards) to advance toward the head discharge outlet, while the product passes through a circular sieve made out of perforated sheet and is unloaded into the central hopper. It is ideal for use upstream of fine grinding in order to separate flour or pre-breakage material of an already adequate size that otherwise would clog the mill.

The flow rate of the machine varies depending on the material to be processed. The material is force fed through an auger inside the sieve. The product is expelled into the central hopper, while the discarded material advances into the second hopper at the head of the machine.

The machine is available in two versions: single and double, depending on the capacity that the customer requires.

Il setaccio per pellet mod. SPC della CAREDI è una macchina largamente impiegata nell’industria molitoria e del legno per la pulitura della polvere attraverso il setacciamento del prodotto.

CAREDI’s pellet cleaner SPC model is a machine which is widely used in the milling and timber industry for cleaning dust from the product by sieving.

Il pulitore per cereali mod. SVC della CAREDI è una macchina largamente impiegata nell’industria cerialicola per la pulitura attraverso il setacciamento del prodotto.

CAREDI’s cereals cleaner SVC model is a machine which is widely used in the milling industry for cleaning the product through sieving.

L’oscillazione sussultoria della cassa contenente i vagli avviene mediante l’azione di una coppia di motovibratori. In base alla regolazione, le oscillazioni fanno avanzare più o meno il prodotto e allo stesso tempo mantengono pulito il vaglio per l’azione sussultoria delle sfere di pulizia.

Questo principio operativo permette elevate capacità e assicura un buon effetto di stacciatura senza ulteriori dispositivi per la pulizia degli stacci.

La macchina è disponibile in tre taglie, in relazione alla portata di cui il cliente necessita.

Il trasportatore a catena mod. TC della CAREDI è un macchinario adatto al trasporto di materiali sfusi su piano orizzontale o leggermente inclinato, con portata medio-alta.

CAREDI’s chain conveyor TC model is a machine which for transporting loose materials horizontally or along a slight incline, with a medium-high flow rate.

I componenti appositamente studiati che vanno ad assemblare la macchina la rendono molto robusta ed affidabile, adatta ad un uso intenso e prolungato. Le testate (traino e rinvio) sono flangiate alle casse, e sono solitamente dotate di supporti ritti al traino e flangiati al rinvio. Le casse sono composte di elementi bullonati per semplificarne la costruzione e la manutenzione. La testata di rinvio è dotata di un sensore controlla giri e di un sistema antinquinamento tarabile. Allo scarico è applicato un sistema anti ingolfamento e, in prossimità delle serrande intermedie, è inserito un deflettore per un completo scarico del prodotto e l’eliminazione dell’inquinamento. La motorizzazione, applicata alla testata di traino, è solitamente garantita da un motoriduttore ad albero cavo.

The specially designed components that are used to assemble the machine, making it very strong and reliable, suitable for intensive and prolonged use. The (tow and idler) pulleys are flanged to the housings, and are usually equipped with plummer block at the tow and flanged at the idler.

The housings are assembled with bolted parts to simplify construction and maintenance. The idler pulley is equipped with a revolution sensor and a calibratable depollution system. The outlet is fitted with an anti-clogging system. A deflector is inserted next to the intermediate gates for complete discharge of the product and the elimination of any pollution. The motor, applied to the tow pulley usually consists of a gearmotor with hollow shaft.

In casi particolari la macchina può essere comandata da un motoriduttore con trasmissione a pignoni e catena. La macchina è completamente configurabile dal materiale della cassa (acciaio al carbonio o inossidabile), alla forma delle palette della catena o alla guida di quest’ultima (acciaio antiusura o polizene), oltre che per la possibilità di inserire un doppio fondo o serrande appositamente progettate per definiti scarichi intermedi.

In special cases the machine can be operated by a gearmotor with sprocket and chain transmission.

The machine is completely configurable in terms of the material used to construct the housing (carbon steel or stainless steel), the shape of the chain blades or the chain guide (wear-resistant steel or polyzene), in addition to the possibility of inserting a double bottom or specially designed gates for any defined intermediate discharges.

Tutte queste configurazioni rendono il trasportatore a catena adatto a molteplici impieghi mantenendo sempre l’affidabilità che lo contraddistingue.

Il trasportatore a nastro mod. TN della CAREDI è un macchinario che trova largo impiego su impianti che trattano la lavorazione di materiali sfusi e che non devono subire rotture (es pellets), con portata da bassa ad alta.

CAREDI’s belt conveyor TN model is a machine which is widely used in plants processing bulk materials that must not have any breakages (e.g. pellets), with a low to high flow rate.

È fondamentalmente un apparecchio adatto per il trasporto orizzontale e lievemente inclinato di tali materiali. L’elemento di trasporto è costituito da un nastro trainato da due pulegge: una di traino (rivestita per aumentare il grip) situata nella testa del trasportatore, che funge da ruota motrice in quanto riceve il moto dal gruppo motore e una di rinvio situata sulla coda del trasportatore, con dispositivo regolabile per il tensionamento del nastro. Le casse del trasportatore sono in elementi bullonati, in lamiera pressopiegata.

Il nastro è di varie dimensioni e materiali in base al materiale da trasportare e alla portata richiesta e può essere corredato di sponde e palette in base all’impiego.

It is basically a device suitable for the horizontal and slightly inclined transport of these types of materials. The conveyor itself comprises a belt, towed by two pulleys: a tow pulley (coated to increase the grip) located in the head of the conveyor that acts as a drive wheel as it receives the motion from the motor unit and an idler pulley, located on the tail of the conveyor with an adjustable device for tensioning the belt. The conveyor housings are press-folded plates bolted together.

The belt comes in various sizes and materials depending on the material to be transported and the flow rate required, and may be accompanied by the sides and blades depending on the intended use.

CAREDI’s paddle conveyor TPC model is a machine which is suited to transporting delicate materials (e.g. pellets) and/or that must be free from pollution, with a medium-low flow rate.

Il trasportatore infatti ha una forma costruttiva tale da mantenere la propria cassa perfettamente pulita. L’elemento principale di trasporto è composto da una catena alla quale vengono fissate delle apposite palette in materiale plastico. La macchina dispone di una testata di traino nella quale si trova il pignone di traino che trasmette il moto alla catena e quella di rinvio, nella quale ha sede la ruota di rinvio. Il comando è dato da un motoriduttore ad assi paralleli ad albero cavo; la cassa è in lamiera presso piegata con forma a “U”.

The conveyor’s shape is designed to keep the conveyor housing perfectly clean. The main conveyor part consists of a chain to which the specially designed plastic blades are attached. The machine has a tow pulley which houses the tow pinon that transmits the motion to the chain, and an idler pulley, in which the idler wheel is seated. A gearmotor fitted parallel to the hollow shaft drives the conveyor. The housing is made out of folded sheet metal with a “U” shape.

È possibile impostare l’uscita del materiale anche prima del raggiungimento della testa del trasportatore, prevedendo nel caso apposite serrande poste nel fondo della macchina.

It is possible to allow the discharge of the material even before reaching the head of the conveyor, through the use of special gates at the bottom of the machine suitable for multiple uses while maintaining the reliability that defines it.

Le testate (traino e rinvio) sono flangiate alle casse e sono solitamente dotate di supporti ritti al traino e flangiati al rinvio. Le casse sono composte di elementi bullonati per semplificarne la costruzione e la manutenzione e le casse inclinate sono dotate di doppio fondo per l’anti ritorno del materiale. La testata di rinvio è dotata di un sensore controlla giri, e di un sistema antinquinamento tarabile.

La macinatrice a martelli mod. MMC o MD della CAREDI è una macchina impiegata negli impianti industriali per la macinazione fina di prodotti difficili ad uso zootecnico (molini, mangimifici, ecc.) e in alcuni impianti per la macinazione di sottoprodotti.

CAREDI’s MMC or MD model hammermill is a machine which is used particularly in industrial plants for fine grinding of products which are difficult to use as animal feed (mills, feed mills, etc.) and in some plants for grinding by-products.

Il funzionamento della macinatrice è basato sul principio della frantumazione del prodotto mediante l’urto dei martelli sul materiale. La macinatrice si compone essenzialmente di una camera di macinazione (cassa), all’interno della quale ruotano un singolo o una coppia di giranti provviste di dischi portanti più file di battitori articolati (martelli). Le file sono sfalsate fra loro affinché il prodotto, se non cade nel campo d’azione dei martelli di una fila, possa venire frantumato e polverizzato dalla fila successiva. Il prodotto frantumato, raggiunto il grado di finezza desiderato, esce attraverso la griglia di forma semicilindrica (vaglio) montata nella parte inferiore della cassa. Lo sfarinato, così separato cade nella tramoggia sottostante per essere aspirato dal trasporto pneumatico o da un altro trasporto.

La macinatrice a martelli a doppia girante è l’ideale per chi desidera una macinazione “rotonda” del prodotto, cioè ricca di semola. Questo risultato si ottiene grazie agli urti estremamente violenti e dall’effetto fendente che si producono nella zona tangenziale dove vi si raggiungono velocità di 150-200 m/sec. Con un energico impianto pneumatico d’aspirazione tale effetto viene aumentato ulteriormente.

The operation of the mill is based on the principle of crushing the product through impact of the hammers on the material. The grinder essentially consists of a grinding chamber (housing), inside which a single or a pair of rotors rotate fitted with carrier disks with multiple rows of articulated beaters (hammers). The rows are staggered so that the product, if it does not fall within the field of action of the hammers of a given row, can be crushed and pulverized by the hammers of the next row. When the product is crushed to the desired fineness, it exits through the semi cylindrical grill (sieve) mounted in the lower part of the housing. The separated flour therefore falls into the underlying hopper to be sucked by the pneumatic transporter or by another conveyor component.

The double impeller hammermill is ideal for those who want a “rounded” grinding of the product, i.e. rich in semolina. This result is obtained thanks to the extremely violent impact and the downward blow effect which occur in the tangential area which can reach speeds of 150-200 m/sec.

An energetic suction pneumatic system further increases this effect.
